      If I could leave zero stars I would. I signed a CONTRACT with Ideal image a few years ago to have laser hair removal on a part of my body. The contract was set for a certain amount the. After so many treatments I would enter into LIFETIME touch ups at a set price. Recently IDEAL IMAGE broke the contract and is now upping the pricing of the LIFETIME touch ups that both parties agreed to upon signing that contract. I’d really like to know when it was okay to BREAK LEGAL contract and change the terms of agreement to benefit one side. Also wondering if this is something we should band together and speak with an attorney about.

      I scheduled my laser hair removal touch up at ***********, CO location for 4/23. I drove an hour to get there only to be told they had to cancel my appointment the day before due to the nurse having a family emergency. No problem, life happens but no one called me ahead time to tell me. Very frustrating because I took time off work for this appointment. I ended up having my touchup at the ********, ** location on 5/2 and come to my surprise that the prices for laser touch up DOUBLED!!! The new prices went into effect on 5/1. No one gave me a heads up when I scheduled my appointment, and its not on the website. I was told by customer service that I was supposed to be informed when I scheduled my appointment but the person scheduling it may not have known at the time. This is such a frustrating and poor experience, especially because I was supposed to have my appointment before the price change. The lack of communication, lack of proactiveness to ensure their customers are aware of the massive price hike is irresponsible and shows a clear lack of care. Shame on corporate.

      Gave these scam artists about $10k to still having dark hair coming in. The Lifetime Guarantee doesnt exist and doesnt really get you anything. They want me to sign ANOTHER contract and I refuse to give them any more of my money. Honestly surprised this place is still in business with their bait and switch technique. Oh, they also never email you a contract so you have nothing to reference when you need to complain.

      I am absolutely livid about going through Ideal Image. It was $3000 for my face and neck. I finished my appointments and was promised $35 touch **** As of today the price went up to $250 for touch **** 10 hairs for almost 6x the promised $35. I would never recommend Ideal Image. Complete corruption. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR SCAMS!

      Stay far away from this place! They will rip you off. I had treatments done several years ago that still require touch ups and I signed an agreement stating my touch ups would be $40 per touch up, FOR LIFE , only to be told today that it would now be $99 per touch up. Not only is it illegal to change a legally binding contract but it is POOR BUSINESS. I have taken my business elsewhere, had better results and saved money in the process. I wish a zero star review was an option.

      2022 I booked for 2 sessions for coo sculpting that cost 1700 dollars I ended up getting pregnant in the same year so I couldnt use my sessions just yet. I ended up calling them four different times for them just to say they will call me back and never do I just called for the fifth time today and they said that I have no account with $1700 in it but I do have another account with just $15 in it. She transferred me to the Manager Maryland just for ******* to say that I had to use it in the same year so they forfeit the account that had $1700 in it mind you they still had an account from 2022 that had $15 in it so why is that account still there but not the $1700? They are theirs and took my hard earning money!

      I have been a customer for 5 years. Every time I go in, the staff is very friendly. I went in for a touch up today and planned on purchasing a package for 5 more areas on my body. I was just informed that corporate is changing the touch up prices from 40 for full face to 100 per area on my face. Not 100 per face but 100 for chin, 100 for side burns and 100 for the upper lip. I decided against purchasing the almost 4k package because of the touch up price hike. This is terrible business and I feel cheated. When I purchased the package for my face, the selling point was the touch up price. This is bad for business.

      Stay away from this company. When i called in march to get information on they're services i was talked into a ultherapy for my neck and face. I could not get an appt until may. I gave them my credit card expecting there b a hold on my account. But they charged me in full $2,400. for a service 2 months before the service was scheduled. When i called corporate to inquire about the charge i was told thats how "they do things" i told them i didnt agree w the way they "did things" and wanted a refund. they told me they do not give refunds. I am shocked. They will not refund me my money. My bank is working on getting me my money back. This place is a scam. Stay away
