I'm going to try to make this short so I had a consultation on zoom with a guy, we talked for an hour, he gave me what was supposed to be a deal but was regular price and 4 cycles was paid for. So it turns out after we talked multiple times about the areas I was going to do that I would be able to with my 4 cycles but it ended up that I could only use 3, so he lied. I definitely got scammed and can't get any resolution so far. He will not reply to multiple emails, and there is number for him and when I contact ideal image they say they will contact him but that failed too. So they are saying they will contact someone else that can help me and we will see how that goes but will probably go nowhere. DO NOT USE IDEAL IMAGE OVER THE PHONE CONSULTANTS. Really it's been a month and I should have had a resolution to this by now.Ideal Image

Ideal Image contacted me on the phone and what I thought was a credit report check, became a real loan through Ally bank. This was over a month ago, I have contacted them several times, but noone can tell me about the loan or when I can even get an appointment, there is someone named Ben that called and said that no matter what even if no service is provided that I still have to pay the money to Ideal Image, problem is I have not heard from them, and its been almost 2 months. I asked to refund the money, and was told that I am still responsible for the loan payments even if they don't set me up an appoitment.Ideal Image

Amazing that every review says the same thing and BBB hasnt/cant do anything about it. Pushy sales tactics to get you to sign a contract that you later have time to read and find out is 100% red flags!!! Any contract the prohibits you from entering a class action law suit-RUN. This company quickly took my $2500, made an appt for me 4 months out, then when I showed up, told me I didnt have an appt. After multiple poor interactions with the company and new onset health issues, my dr and I decided it was best for me not to have the procedure. How quick the perky customer service woman was to send me the contract and cite line item 18 where no refunds shall be given. Oh, but she did offer to let me give my services to a family member or friend. Absolutely not. Run far and run fast. I should have checked with the BBB before even entertaining the idea of this horrific company.Ideal Image

In April I paid $1,400.00 up front to have a facial Restiolin injectables performed at the local Edina Minnesota service center. I was subsequently given appointments at Maple Grove and at their St Paul locations - which we could NOT get to due to age constraints. This was discussed with the management of Ideal Image and requested numerous times that we could only go to the Edina location. So far all I am getting is a run-around.
What I want is a refund of my money. I am a 78 year old person and I cannot go to locations other than the location at Edina. It appears they cannot find a person who will perform this procedure in Edina and they constantly try to push me off to other remote locations. Today, I once again reached out and stopped by the Ideal Image location and wanted to speak to the Manager. I was once again told "She is not available." I am sick to death of being given the run-around by the members of this company. Therefore since Ideal cannot do the procedure for me at their EDINA location I wish to have a full refund.

I received an "automated appointment response" from Ideal Image, with an appointment to one of the northern suburbs of Minneapolis, called "Maple Grove" yesterday, on 8/16/22. They did not even have the courtesy to call me personally to explore my problem and derive a solution. Let me start all over once again. When I paid my $1400.00 (in April) to my Ideal Image personnel in Edina, I was NOT told that the Edina location had NO ONE to do the "Injectables" procedure for facial filler and that I would have to commute to a remote location to have the service performed. We live within 4 blocks of the Ideal Image location in Edina - which made the service they provide very attractive to me. I am 78 years of age and cannot drive. My husband is 87 years of age and handicapped and can drive only within short distances of where we live. To force me to go to either St Paul or Maple Grove is like asking my husband to drive to San Antonio on highway 35 from Edina Minnesota. We cannot make the commute and The Ideal Image location in Edina does not even have anyone in their facility to perform the facial injectable filler. Therefore, we have reached an impasse on this service and I demand that my $1,400.00 fee be refunded. The complete lack of "Customer Service" on the part of Ideal Image has forever tainted my perception of their company and I will never secure their services again. Like so many others on here have previously said. I did a virtual consultation for cool sculpting. I was told that I would see my results in a couple of weeks because of my small size. I was also informed that there were some financing options and given step by step instruction on how to apply. I asked if it was a hard credit check and was told by the rep no. But it was. I was approved for the financing fee. Prior to me signing electronically the lender asked if I had an appointment set no more than 30 days from the days date. I asked the Ideal Image rep about it and she said "you will have one" so I signed the agreement. Once I had a face to face consultation and learned about the possible side effects of the procedure I decided I would like to cancel. I called in to do so and this is when I was told by Ideal Image there is a strict "no refund" policy. I NEVER heard anything about a "no refund" policy during the consultation. I suffer from diagnosed anxiety and this has created a major issue for me since now I am being forced to do a procedure I am uncomfortable doing. This is crazy. I just wanted to cancel that's all. I still have not heard back from Ideal Image which is making me believe that they are intentionally responding to my complaints in a timely manner to keep the B letter grading they currently have on the better business bureau site. Part of the grade given by the BBB is determined by companies "continually interacting with its customers." They have not reached out to me as promised in their business comments above. I bought coolsculpting for over 5000$ and financed the amount. Thr very next day withing 24hrs i called them back and asked for a refund since i read about the side effect PAH, which was never once spoken about jn the 1hr long zoom call where they sold me the procedure. But apprarntly is somewhwre in the contract that they dont give time to read before someone agrees to it. I filed for a refund before even using any services and their case manager just keeps repeating there is no refund. Please stay away from this deceitful business. I am going to have to file for a refund in a different way if they arent willing to work with me.Ideal Image

I haven't received any call back from you guys. I called today and they tell me the case is closed? I havent agreeed to close the case and need a refund, this is not how you treat customers. This really discourages me to come back to ideal image even if i need to in the future, will recommend all my friends and family to stay away. I signed up for Ideal Images services and after going for the first treatment, I instantly got a allergic reaction. I was told I would be able to cancel due to this unfortunate health issue but it seems Ideal Imagine is dragging there feet and not being responsive.
I was told to go to a doctor / specialist to prepare a detail report on why I couldn't continue these services Which I DID but Idea Imagine has been ignoring us since emailing the doctors report.
We have reached out to the **** bank corporate office who they use for financing and patiently waiting for this to be resolved.

1 starI wanted to get my stomach cool sculpture when it was time for me to get treatment she treated my right side then came back in and told me that she couldn't do the left side because it looked like I might have a hernia. Which I find a very disturbing because you are already proceeded on treatment and I follow up with my doctor the following Tuesday and turns out I do have a hernia like the nurse said now I'm having an extreme problems with my hernia and they continue to charge me for a membership and I'm not able to get service and since I got one side done I did use the skin lotion. On top of worrying about my hernia giving me more problems I'm afraid that one side might look this figured also but nobody is worrying about how I look in my health.Review fromTara T

1 starI have been doing laser hair removal for my leg with idea image for almost a year now and everything was good so far but with my recent treatment this nurse she was very rude and she burnt and left scar all over my leg especially my left knee so I would want to fight for my money refund because I dnt want to further get treatment with this company anymore as I dnt have trust anymore as I am gonna be having scar for the burn for my life .worst service ever in my entire life and the sad thing is none of the nurse or staffs were sorry or apologetic for their action . Such a shameful people and horrible service . I just want to fight back for my money to be refunded as I Fear to go back to their place . I dnt want to burn my skin anymore .I want all my money refunded to me and the company has to take responsibility to pay the cost for their horrible incident burning my skin .this company is terrible
