      Unfortunately, the mortgage loans for a few of my rental properties were transferred to this unprofessional and incompetent company. During this servicing transfer time from the old servicer to Fay Servicing there was a break down in communication between myself and the new servicer, Fay Servicing. It has been my past experience, most mortgage companies allow for up to a 60-day ***** ******* to allow the borrower to set up their new accounts with the new servicer and resume making monthly payments. In this case, Fay Servicing did not provide this ***** period and began charging me all types of fees and penalties. They are charging me Default interests on these loans for days the loans were not even in default. I had to come out of pocket several thousand dollars to pay this Default Interest. Fay Servicing went as far as to locking the payment feature on my online account so that I could not make my loan payments until all penalties and fees were paid in full. To make matters worse it is extremely difficult to contact this company and when you finally get through, the people they have working at this company are extremely incompetent and rude. If you reach an agreement with them over the phone, they fail to follow through on that agreement. Then you call back requesting an explanation, and the next customer service *** has no idea what is going on, so you need to explain the problem and issues all over again, it is like going in circles, no matter how hard you try, nothing gets completed or resolved. Meanwhile, days go by, and they keep on charging all types of penalties and fees. When it comes to charging fees and penalties to their borrowers, they are experts and waste no time at all. Never in my 12 years of dealing with mortgage companies have I experienced a company like Fay Servicing. Their atrocious reviews all over the internet and here (BBB) speak for themselves. Hopefully, the government intervenes to protect consumers from mortgage companies like this.

      Sold my house on Sept 26. ************* phoned *** the day before to confirm the payoff amount. Sept 26 they sent the funds to Fay Servicing. Then, *** CHANGED the amount needed to payoff, by an additional $10,000. I was told the funds from the settlement company couldn't be applied until I paid this extra amount. Sept 27 I sent the$10,000 to ***. The extra amount I paid left my checking account on October 1st October 2nd the funds from selling my house were STILL NOT applied. On the phone someone at *** confirmed they received the find on Sept ****** it is October 3rd, a full week since *** received the funds, and they have STILL NOT been applied. I have emailed and spoken on the phone. All without success!They keep tacking on extra fees and say they cannot apply the funds until all the extra fees have been paid. *** needs to investigate this company.

      FAY SERVICING LLC, TRIED TO STEAL MY FAMILY HOME WHICH WAS IN PROBATE. FEILD AGENTS BROKE AND ENTERED MY HOME ON THREE OCCASIONS AND STOLE VALUABLE FUNITURE, METAL DETECTOR, COMPUTER, TV, TWO JEWELRY CABINATES, A CHAIR, TWO CHEST OF DRAWERS, A BED, A DRESSER MIRROR, DISHES, BASICALLY ANYTHING VALUABLE THEY COULD FIND. THEY TOOK THE BATHROOM MIRROR. I CALL THAT ROBBERY. I FILED A POLICE REPORT AND INTEND TO SUE.

      - STARS if i could This is ABSOLUTLY the worst a person could go through dealing with them. IF you do not check everything on your statements from them you are still in the wrong, there is so many hidden fee's is is absurd. I have been helping my mother in law sort stuff out with them. Absolutely NONE of the statements flow or make any since. After reading all the reviews on *** and as well on line about FAY SERVICING and law suits against them, i am perplexed they are still in service. HOW just HOW is there ethics even legal. I am so beyond saddened for anyone who has to deal with them, Shady people. DO NOT!! DO not believe anything they tell you ... IT is not true and if you happen to go into default ( NOT of your error but there's) Well you get hit with absurd amount off fee's.

      I am a victim of this company. I tried to work with them on several occasions before filing Chapter 13 out of desperation. I mailed several thousand dollars via cashier checks to them while requesting for them to work with me prior to filing Chapter 13. All monies was returned and they proceeded to charge me for forced insurance in which no copy of insurance was sent to me. Afterward my account was transferred to SN Servicing Company which is just as bad. While in chapter 13, *** tried to process the thousand of dollars I sent them previously. My bank contacted me and I told them to not process the transactions because I used the returned charges for chapter 13.       I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with one of their representatives to set up account details correctly. Upon noticing the withdrawal from the wrong account on one of the loans, I called immediately to request the reversal of both the transaction and the $15 fee. However, my experience with 2 representatives, was very disappointing. Their customer service is unprofessional, cold and careless. When I requested to speak to someone else, they refused, and when I asked for a supervisor, they claimed there wasn't one available.I have never encountered such poor customer service from any other mortgage company. As a result, I do not recommend this company to other investors or home owners. I expected better service, including the approval of a $15 fee reversal as a gesture of good customer service.

      This bank is predatory and fraud they take our money and keep quiet I can't get a hold of someone and if I do they can't further discuss on the mortgage

      I personally believe that Fay Servicing is a total rip off. I sent money three different times to payoff my loan. The first two payments were returned. However, I only received the 1st returned payment. Then is was notified that my mortgage was late! Really? Then I asked what is the principal amount until Fay Servicing figure out the escrow. I sent that exact amount. The following month I received what was suppose to be the final amount...Payoff with no adjustment to the Escrow. I've asked several times for the system to be corrected. I was told to send in the money. I am filing with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

      This company has been bad with customer service. There has been over charging fees,payments, high inrest rates and some of my payments were not credit to my account . They seem to be incompetent of managing people accounts accurate and timely. Don't seem to care about how they are dishonestly operating and conducting business. Sorry that they took over my other loan. Bad company with poor business an bad rating that is hurting and taking advantage of alot of customers.
