      They provide illegal loans by forging peoples names on the loan app. They put your name, unknown to you, on the application and all of a sudden your credit score drops and you owe money for a property you never took a loan out for

      Crooks.Raised my rate way above market and they pretended not to have received my check paying the loan off, even though the check was sent the exact same way as all my payments over the years.

      ABSOLUTLT THE WORST !!Save yourself the suffering and do not do any business with is company. #1 they purposely have no working phone number where you can speak to a human #2 we made an escrow payment last month and because their antiquated system can't handle an escrow payment and a monthly mortgage payment 3 days apart, they deleted out mortgage payment!! no one ever notified us. we didn't know till we logged in and saw a late fee hit our account for non payment.WHAT A JOKE!! Scammers who should not be allowed to do business.Then they denied our request to remove escrow from out loan because we've "had a late payment"

      For the same home loan Ive had three companies and this one is by far the worst. Starting with 25+ calls I had to make to resolve a tax overpayment issue. Their tax department is not integrated with the rest of their company so you inevitably have to transfer back and forth because each department has limited account access. When you are transferred to the main line, the inefficiency of their phone tree system makes it so that you have to enter 20+ keystrokes each time. I had to start demanding supervisors because I was getting contradictory information and the issue took over 6 months to resolve. It is frustrating that such a company with this kind of customer service is in charge of so much money and I have no say who holds my mortgage.

      They consistently dont keep up with my insurance. I verified multiple times that my insurance agent has done the proper steps and because of this I have had multiple times where Ive had to call and spend hours getting them to reverse the existing policy that they put in place which is predatory and includes things that are not necessary, Im fed up with these guys if theres a way to change service I wish I could do it

      Pretty crazy that they have all these complaints and yet instead of fixing it they just keep coming in....Every month their mailroom receives my check on the 2-3rd. My bank tracks it. Yet they always call looking for the payment. This month the mailroom cashed the check and I sent in the screenshot from my bank, yet I'm still getting calls. Fix your incompetent mailroom...no I won't give you authority to debit my account automatically. You can't even process a check correctly. Only an idiot would give you authority to do that after this nightmare of an experience. Instead of wasting your employees time calling customers fix your incompetent mailroom.

      This is NOT a reputable business. They should NOT be handing loans/documents by FHA/VA or ****** ***/******************. I'm going to reach out to my **** ******************** for assistance. I mailed a cashier's check for delinquent payments to the address *** provided. Its a P.O. Box. The company claims they never received payments. They sent the account to foreclosure. The fees charged for the foreclosure (even if mortgage is re-instated) must be how they make money off customers.This is almost criminal. They are preying on people.

      I am not sure if the company is incompetent or is purposely stealing money from us. My loan was recently transferred to this company and the result is a completely mess. They added $10K to my principal loan amount and send me an account history with several fake transactions. I sent them documents that demonstrated my previous payment history and actual loan balance amount prior to the transfer and asked them to correct the errors. It has been two weeks and I have not gotten the issue resolved. I am thinking to take a legal action against the company.

      ***********!!!!!!!!!!!!!Beware if your mortgage is transferred to this service provider! !!!!***************They are completely incompetent. Rocket mortgage transferred my jumbo loan to them last year. The problems began immediately. The original loan balance was $920K. I paid extra each month and made nearly $600K in a lump sum payment within the first 90 days. I never missed a payment, but Fay Servicing sent me a pre-foreclosure notice. I had to file a complaint with the ************************************ to get them to correct their numerous errors. But then they missed paying my taxes on time. And then they ignored my requests to correct my escrow shortage with a lump sum payment. And then they added false fees onto my account that had already been paid. Each and every time, I filed a complaint with the ***** Their customer service, ridiculous prompts that they make you respond to, and their overall attempts at account management would be comical, if they weren't dealing with such an important product as people's homes. Calls are promised to be made but they never follow through. I have made them my personal project and will do so until their management admits their complete incompetence and advises of their plans to improve their service. This company has been sued by numerous individuals and government agencies for improper servicing of mortgages. If your loan is sold to them, I highly recommend you open an account with the ************************************ to ensure that your interests are properly addressed, because this company couldn't care less about doing their job correctly or providing anything that comes close to providing customer service.
