      I bought oil from Divine Origins, LLC of **********, ** on 7/18/22 online. I got the oil. However, they have been deducting $19.19 from my checking account for no known reason: 8/1/22, 8/30/22, 9/30/22. Whereas $19.19 x 3 = $59.97 and I got nothing for this amount and I never authorized these deductions: I want $59.97 restored to my checking account now and I want all my PNC ********* debit card information expunged from this evil imitation of a holy business.

      Unauthorized purchases to my credit card from 4/13/22 to 9/26/22. This company has been stealing my money. It is a fraudulent company. The *** needs to be involved in the dealing of this company. I will be calling my credit card immediately tomorrow to remove the charges and get another credit card. I will get all the information from the credit card tomorrow as a prove.

      I ordered 1 bottle of tincture oils one time and somehow I have been signed up to pay $18 a month for 12 months. I do not get anything from this company each month for the money. I want the charges removed and refunded. I had no idea about this until I started a deep dive in my finances on what and where the money was going.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was under the impression all months would be refunded. They have only refunded 2 months so far.  This would lead to 100% satisfaction.  They told me it was for a prayer warrior contribution.  I would not have signed up for that.

      I received The Exodus Effect and Highway Healing books 9/3/22. They were nothing like I expected. The amounts I was charged are $72.36, $16.20, $37.80 total $86.36.I expected a recipe to follow in order to make the oil. Not a list of ingredients. It was stated on the website that ************************* and his partner spent a lot of time figuring out the exact quantities of each ingredients. When I look at the so called recipe for directions it says take the amount recommended by manufacturer. How does that take a lot of time? I dont even know what the concentration of each ingredient is. Are they essential oils, an extract or some other concentration. Many of the items that are listed come in different concentrations in a powder form. How is a perfect balanced recipe suppose to be created when you have no idea what the exact ingredients are? Also, it was implied that the suppliers for the ingredients they had vetted were listed. The only supplier that they have that I can find is their company. The ingredients listed are not equal in value. Yet it seems all the bottles they are selling are basically the same price. MCT oil is low cost and frankincense is high cost, this makes no sense to me. I make basic aromatherapy recipes for myself with most of the ingredients listed. I use essential oils, not extracts, hydrosols or tinctures and the recipes are precise and there is no recommended amount listed by the manufacturer. That is because everyone uses their own recipe which they fail to provide.I would like to return these books and need to know the address to send them to and a statement that my $86.36 will be refunded to my card. I also dont want any monthly charges to appear on my card, which I read about on the BBB site. I wish I would have checked that out previously. My order is D374110C4E my user name is ********************* I sent an email to them on 9-4-2022, I have received no response. I am not hopeful considering your clients experiences. Please help.

      Approximately 2 1/2 to 3 weeks ago I purchased a book from Divine Origins LLC. I was under the impression that it was actually something different. But I chalked it up as a learning experience. But today, 8/27/22 they attempted to charge me an additional $13.40! And there was no reason for this attempt.
