      I made a purchase awhile ago from Divine Origins and thought it was a one time purchase. Now they have been charging my credit card ***** every month. I did not authorize this and would like all my money refunded

      Divine Origins, LLC has been deducting payments of 9.95 since July 19, 2021 to the present today August 20,2022. I would like my money back and my credit card information expunged from their records.

      I have know idea what this is or where it came from. I'm on a fixed income and don't need extra things taken out on my account. I looked at my bank statement and noticed that there was a transaction pending of the amount $19.62. Please if u can have it stoped it will be very much appreciated. Thank you

      I was charged $***** by this company on Aug 10, 2022, July 10, 2022 and June 10, 2022. I have not subscribed to this company and I have not received anything from this company. I would like my money returned and the charges to stop.

      As with the other above, I have been charged for services I never received. On 3/27/22 my credit card was charged $29.95, on 3/13 $67.00, on 4/30 $32.80, on 5/30 32.80, and on 6/30 $32.80.       On August 8, 2021 I order a book online from Divine Origins, LLC. I received the book, which was not at all what I expected. A paperback with more pictures than information. It also had very large print, again, little information. I knew then that this was a scam. I chalked up my loss to making a stupid mistake and vowed to be more vigilant to scams. What I didn't realize was that this so called company would continue to bang my credit card for $10.55 a month. I could not find a number to call to resolve this issue. Being busy, I was not able to pursue until now. This is what the scammer hopes will happen with everyone. It is a small enough charge that people tend to ignore due to the time it would take to rectify. Thanks to the BBB, I was able to find the number and call to see what was going on. They actually answered! What I was told, was that when I ordered the book, I clicked a box saying that I would donate to the cause. What cause?!! I would NEVER do such a thing, that is for sure! They have taken $120.00 of my hard-earned money over the past year. The lady told me that many people click that button inadvertently. Yeah, I'm sure that's the case! They are crediting me 3 months worth. Why not all 12 months! I think they think that if they pacify people with a little, it won't draw too much attention to them. It should take 7-10 days to credit my account. I hope that is true. I told them that I do not want anymore charges on my card! I hope they don't do anything with my card number. Lesson learned! I've been scammed once, but I don't intend on being fooled twice. Beware everyone!

      Just like the other complaints yall have on Divine Origins LLC . I was looking over my credit card and found fraud charges from them: 5/10/22 $71.52 , 6/9/22 $19.22 and 7/9/22 $19.22. I am not a member of nothing and do not know who they are but I do know they are stealing my money. I want my money back and I want them to shred all of my information. I live on a fixed income and can't stand scammers.

      Divine origin is making unauthorized charges to my account. Scamming people by using bible-based books. When I contacted the company they said there are no such charges to my account however, I did a two-way call with my financial institution and my financial institution did verify that in fact that company was making unauthorized charges but they still refuse to refund my money and stop making charges to my account. This company should be ashamed of itself and should be closed down and go out of business especially according to the massive complaints that I see about this company I'm wondering if the better Business bureau is even doing anything about it.

      As with others filed complaints, Divine Origins, LLC in Tampa, FL has been charging my card $32.16 per month for nothing that I have received or even services. I have had to cancel my card and turned this into the fraud department. I would like to receive the money back that they took from me fraudulently!!
