      I have no idea about this company. I have a charge of $24.99 on 4/18/2023 on my account. I looked them up and saw rhat it's a home fitness club. I didn't sign up for it. I want a refund.

We will refund the customer and it should reflect on the customer's account within 5 to 10 business days. Please be assured the customers account has been cancelled and she will not incur any future charges.

      Earlier this year I contacted Evo Trainer about the charge on my account. I stated that I didnt know what this charge was nor who they were. I stated also I wanted it canceled in turn they refunded my monies and said theyd canceled my evo trainer membership. *** moved since then and I now have another charge on my account on March 6 2023 of $39.99and further research shows another two charges on Feb 25 2023 of $39.99 ( total $79.98)! Thats a combined total of $119.97, I want them to stop charging my account and cancel my membership! I want a total refund of all charges of $119.97.

      I was charged $39.99 for fitness trainer in March 2023 so I called the number on my bank statement and was told that I would not be charged again I got my statement for ***** and was charged by the same place for same amount I called and was told I had no account and I would have to contact my bank. This is not right that they can just take my money which I'd Social security by the way and just not do a refund when they know it's a scam on their part. I never purchased a fitness app that's why they can't find an account when I call. I think something needs to be done about this. Please I need my money every ***** every month

After signing up, the customer was emailed information, including a password, on how and where to install our fitness app so that she could immediately utilize the fitness app.  The customer was charged $34.99 on 03/16/23 and 04/16/23. The customer called on 03/20/23 requesting a cancellation of her account.  Unfortunately, the agent she spoke with erred in not processing the cancellation. We have gone ahead and refunded the 2 charges.  The refunds should reflect on the customer's account within 5 to 7 business days. Please be assured the customers account has been cancelled and she will not incur any future charges.

      I have been charged from this company and have no idea what for ! I certainly don't train or workout, that's for sure. I don't know how they got my bank I fo be ause I did not give it to them. Current charge is ***** on April 10 th, 2023. I will be looking at my bank statements from the last few months to check for other charges, and I'd like everything returned.

      On 03/26/23 I was charged $39.99 from evotrainer I have never heard of this company before in my life I dont know how they got my debit card information but I want my money back I have no dealing with this company. Never had any dealings so please put my money back on my card.

      Never even heard of this company, yet I received a payment confirmation of $39. 99. Aq quick ****** search shows this company is somehow getting random account information and charging people in hopes they never notice.

      I recently noticed charges to my credit card from this company Evo Trainer. In February 2023 I noticed and it was twice for February Somehow this company obtained my credit card information. I never authorize any charges for this company to any of my credit cards. I understand that this company has numerous complaint regarding fraudulent charges to peoples charge accounts. I contacted the company but no answer. I did email and was told I had to get my bank to stop it! Please follow up on this complaint and prevent others from being scammed. This company should also be prosecuted for these unauthorized payments. Thank you
