If I could leave zero stars, I would. I brought my RV to Lazydays Las Vegas in March 2025 for several critical repairs—including sealing deteriorated body seams, fixing a crooked auto-leveling jack, diagnosing a gray/black tank leak, testing the battery system, and more.
After months of silence, I was suddenly told in June that the location had been sold, was permanently closing for renovations, and that I had just days to retrieve my RV or it would be towed. I was also assured—just days before pickup—that all work had been completed.
When I picked it up, only one issue (a broken vent fan) had actually been repaired. Every other item was either ignored, misdiagnosed, or falsely marked as complete. I was even charged for work that was never done—something Lazydays later admitted, but only refunded after I escalated the issue.
The most disturbing part? A Lazydays corporate representative admitted in writing that the shop lacked time and resources to properly perform repairs due to the pending sale. Yet they still took my vehicle, charged me, and handed it back in worse shape than before.
I'm a 100% disabled veteran and rely on my RV for housing and work. Lazydays showed zero accountability, misrepresented their services, and put my safety and livelihood at risk.
I strongly urge others to avoid doing business with this company. If this is how they treat veterans and working professionals, I’d hate to see how they handle average customers.

Our family needs a small RV for hurricane preparedness purposes. Our price range is maximum $7,000 for a small used RV. Lazydays repeatedly advertises small used RVs in that price range online. We drove to Lazydays Tampa, an hour from our home, and not only were we told they had no used RVs in that price range they tried to sell us a $70,000 RV. This company plays bait and switch and now we see why the company is not rated by the Better Business Bureau. AVOID this company.

I purchased an RV 90 days ago and they still have not sent to correct paper work to the Alabama DMV, I have reached out to the LazyDays in the Villages and they will not respond, I have spoken with Kim in customer support but little or no progress. I wanted to pay cash for the RV but they forced me to use a lender that they would get a loan credit or they were going to add 2500 to the price of the unit. Mike G

This organization has a severe customer service problem and corporate culture problem. I bought a used ** from them and they shipped it to *******. The ** had mold in the cabin, a leak on the roof, corrosion on the roof rack and the black water hadn't been emptied. They offered no resolution to the problem. In addition, they overcharged me by over $700.00 and still haven't paid me back for over 2 months. The people that I've interacted with, from the General Manager, to the salesman, to the finance folks have all said that the problems are mine and have failed to take accountability. This is the worst customer service experience of my life. Good luck if you choose to do business with them... I cannot provide any good recommendations.

Went to LazyDays on Saturday to pick up our camper from the Service Department after they had it for well over 3 months. Upon inspection we noticed damage to the inside door trim (you clearly see wood chips-on floor) and the back corner (looks like they back into something). Service manager came out to inform us LazyDays is not responsible for any damage that occurred while in the service department. He then informed us to read the sign on the door. He also informed us LazyDays would be happy to give us an estimate to fix the damage they caused. Really!?!?! This is how you take care of customers?!?! The sign on the door states plan accordingly?!? So in reality LazyDays is saying you will have damage. Never buy or service your camper at LazyDays unless you are willing to plan accordingly for damage. How do you plan accordingly for damage?? How is it that LazyDays can treat their customers like this are not accountable/responsible for damage.

I have purchased many rv’s over the past several years and my experience with Lazy Days of Tampa have been terrible. Sales, service and parts, I’ve had bad experiences with every department. Recently I requested a refund on an extended warranty on a motorhome I purchased from them. Ken H******** sent me the information I needed to complete on 8/22. The information was completed and returned to him the same day. Emails and phone calls to follow up on the status of my refund have been ignored. I am currently looking for a new coach and it will not be from lazy days. I will make sure the people I run into on the road will be aware of your lack of service after a sale.
