Well after being turned off to RVing by another RV dealership i decided to try Lazy days. I called and asked if they performed service on the Mercedes sprinter 3500 diesel (Winnebago Class B) and they said yes. I told them this would be the first service for the coach as manufacturer recommendation is at 10000 miles and I was at 8300. When I arrived and met with my service manager Ashley, I was provided a book of ala-cart services. I explained again that i just want to take care manufacturers recommended first service. When I picked up the coach, I asked how the air filter looked and was told that they did not check it because that is another higher priced plan.
So even though the mechanic is already under the hood, he cannot check and potentially sell an air filter because i did not get that special higher cost plan? same thing with coolant, topping off fluids etc.. non of this was done. Then driving home the mercedes oil monitor was showing that I had minimum oil level and to add oil. I called the service manager the next day (Ashley) and was told that the service plan I selected only included 14 quarts of oil and argued with me about it. At his point I had heard enough about the ala-cart service and spoke with the service manager Charlie. Come to find out that Lazy Days charged me for 14 quarts of oil but only put 11 into my motor. I drove my coach home 3 quarts low on oil then had to drive back to Lazy Days to pick up the 3 quarts of oil I already paid for to put into my coach myself. They gave me a $100 gift card to use at Their store!! and I still now have to take my coach to a Mercedes Service provider to have a real engine check up.

Terrible customer service. Once you buy the RV, your done. Had a recall in June on an RV we bought in February this year. Six weeks later, we'd heard nothing. Finally left a message that we were picking it up as we had paid for reservations. Nothing had been done on the RV yet. Not the gas line that it was recalled for or any of the items we had listed that were wrong or broken. Absolutely horrible.

This is the worst service I have ever seen. Bought RV in Tampa Fla they didn't fix anything and warranty was up when we got it they had it so long then we bought warranty 11,000.00 so we ordered parts that we needed that Tampa couldn't get took it to Nashville Tennessee they charged us 1550.00 to do what they should have done to start with and on top of that Scratched our RV all the way on the driver side and it was awful I have pics and at this point they have had it more than us . I am so up set can't call there no one's answer phone or calls you back
