We apologize for your experience. The service team works with the manufacturer to get warranty related items approved and repaired as quickly as possible. We apologize the process has taken longer than expected.Review fromLester V.

If you want to get ripped offTampa RV is the place to go. I bought a brand new 5th wheel camper& I feel like I bought a used camper with all the things wrong with this RV they knew the over didnt work when I looked at it& they told me they fixed it, that was BS. It was delivered August 4th, I was without a oven & the Microwave Convection didnt work either,. I was without anyway to cook for close to 3 months. Floor is loose in places, Now my on command center is not working. Neither Keystone or Lazydays of Tampa from by the Condition of my new RV have any QUAILITY CONTROL, be VERY LEARY OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! And the also pulled ************** when I talked to the salesman I told him I wanted a fifth wheel with FULL PAINT when I drove 80 miles one way to look at it they showed me one that was white with decal for decoration & was then told if I wanted full paint it was another $15,000 BAIT & SWITCH! IF I WERE YOU ID ADVICE YOU NOT TO EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, If you do deal with them document every thing & know that BAIT & SWITCH IS AGAINST THE ****Lazydays

We apologize for the issues you have experienced with your unit. After reviewing the work order, we can see there was an issue noted with the oven and a repair was made before delivering the unit.
Our records indicate there was a service appointment scheduled in September, but it was cancelled. If you would like to reschedule your service appointment, please call our scheduling team at **************.

1 starIf I could leave ZERO stars I would. Heres my Google review:UPDATE 11/10/22: No one ever contacted us regarding this review. Were back at LazyDays Nashville today bringing it back once again for them to try to fix what they still have yet to fix. If we could get out from under this lemon we bought from LazyDays without it hurting our wallet so badly we would.UPDATE 5/29/2021: We just picked up the camper from Lazydays for the FOURTH time. Hoping like crazy they've been able to fix what should've been completed before we originally brought it home.****************4/21/2021: We purchased a 2018 Grand Design from Lazydays Nashville 3 weeks ago. After a rushed "walk through" we took the coach home on a Friday just to turn around and take it back the next day with a list of items that weren't working. Lazydays kept our coach for almost 2 weeks. Now we're camping for the first time in it and have found that there are STILL things not working that should've been cleared in their initial inspection before we left with it the first time. One of the air conditioners doesn't work. Luckily it's nice outside so we shouldn't need to use it.So much for ensuring all is in working order!!! VERY UNHAPPY!!!Review fromAdriana M.

1 starAt the beginning of this year we purchased a 2022 Thor Axis, down-sized unit , after returning a prior Lazydays purchase immediately after bringing it home. The 2020 used unit had extreme water intrusion and damage. We had never purchased used before and never will again. Shame on Lazydays for selling such a damaged RV. Here it is almost November and we just picked up the Axis RV after waiting on various parts and repairs to this brand new RV (lemon ?). When we requested a different Axis fresh from the factory, we were advised that the price would be $14,000 more... This being a bare-bones unit, we couldn't see spending that much more $$$. Remember, months have gone by and we 'think' we will actually be able to start traveling again. As you can imagine, we have been making payments all these months on our Bank Loan, Insurance and RV Monthly Storage for nothing. We are not new to RVing, this being our sixth camper. We have never had such a frustrating experience and hope that this purchase-nightmare is finally over. The only ray of sunshine was Charles M., our Delivery Advisor, who did his best to get things done in spite of the lack of cooperation from Thor and the manufacturer of one of the major parts, that being the Control Panel, just one of the many problems encountered. One would think that the Lazydays corporation would have some 'pull' with the manufacturers they represent? Perhaps no one at Lazydays was interested in making THAT CALL that might have expedited the conclusion of this mess.Review fromBeverly and W

1 starWe took our ** in for service to the ***** location for the black tank valves that were stuck after we picked up the ** all of a sudden the main black tank shows that it is full all the time. they also killed our batteries while it was there for a month. i s*** the battery switch off when I dropped it off and they turned it on during service and left it on. we have 4 batteries with an inverter when we got there to pick it up we had to jump start the generator to charge the batteries with our service manager *******. when we got home our propane alarm was going off because the cabin was full of sulfur due to the batteries being killed to the point of no return. when I told ******* about the black tank showing full she said that the tech said it had nothing to do with his work on the black tank so I told her I would call a mobile tech to check it and if there was a lose wire I would send a pic and the bill. she said it does not work like that and I needed to bring it in and pay to check the problem????? wow I said so when I told her about the batteries she said ******, ok, Ill pass your message along incredible that the service they provide is such garbage and having a service adviser that knows nothing about **s or even mechanically include is beyond me! every thing I told her through text she took the wrong way and completely said the opposite of repairs needed I would never recommend or go to any Lazydays for service or purchases ever again I have purchased 2 Rvs from the ***** location. never again!Review fromWade M

1 starLooking for that beautiful new Travel trailer or RV? Great DONT DO IT HERE. Unless you have cash and take it with you. But then don't expect your warranty or help in any way from this place. I have called the Milwaukee dealership only to find out you can't reach them personally all phone calls are routed through a call center in Florida, after being on hold for ten to fifteen minutes they respond with no one is answering and they will leave an e-mail message and someone will get back to you. well, this has happened at least 10 times since last week, 11 days after a put a large deposit on a Travel trailer, and NO ONE, literally, NO ONE has called me back. Horrible customer service, a horrible experience, will try to get my deposit back and go to any other dealer than Lazydays.Review fromDawn R

1 starWe have had nothing but bad experiences with RV repairs at Lazy Days. We took in our RV for minor work like seal repairs and interior cosmetic issues last November. Lazy Days kept making excuses as to why 2 weeks of work took 6 months. When we finally got our RV back, it was filthy inside, as if the technicians were using our RV. I even found dirty silverware in the sink and dirty handprints throughout the beige interior. We also noticed that many of our cabinet screws, light screws, and door hinges had been loosened, causing them to come apart on the road. Additionally, our window frames were also loosened. We found bolts and screws throughout our RV that were removed from various fixtures. None of these items that had missing hardware were on the punch list of repairs. After 5 months, the most expensive repair- new seals around the slide-outs- came off the exterior slides. You could see where they attached the new seal adhesive to the old residue left on the RV- this created a faulty seal and the stripping just fell off the RV! When we contacted Lazy Days, they stated that the thousands of dollars of work that they did were guaranteed for 30 days, despite the fact that it was done incorrectly. We have complained to Lazy days and they asked us to respond on a google review- which we did. We never heard back from them again. It seems they acknowledge the feedback publically but never really intended to remedy or make the situation right. We are in the market for an upgrade to a Tiffin and Lazy Days just lost out!Review fromAlbert D

1 starI had a bad experience when I first dealt with them back in 2012.I just tried them in 2019 and they show numbers that make you think you are getting a 20% discount but they start ip with a very high number, beware.I just tried them now in Sept 2022, again they showed me a 20% discount off of a high retail number that they come up with.I found the same unit at a different dealer for $17,000 less.Don't get sucked in.
