      We went in to RNR and had tires put on our 2009 ************* when I left all I was given was a receipt which I have sent pictures of. I was not given any signed documents. About a week or so later I took car back up there telling them I was hearing a noise from my back passenger tire. They did nothing, just walked around car and said nothing they could do. Now on the 17th going down the highway we pulled over because it was driving funny and making noise. The pictures I have sent show what we saw. The lug nuts were completely gone. We called rnr they sent a tow truck and when car arrived back at rnr they said they would not receive it because that was not their responsibility and they could not do anything. I talked to the manager and she was of no help and not the most polite either. I then reached out to their corporate office. When I talked to a mr. ********************* he was very rude and basically calling me a liar. Telling him I said things I did not say. And telling me that I was supposed to bring car back week or two after tires were put on to be retorked (I was never told this) and if thats the case I was back a week or two later complaining about tire making a noise and they did nothing or said nothing about the retorking. They are the last ones to look at my car and last ones to touch the tires I feel as if they should be responsible. And I dont appreciate how they handle buiseness.

      After a full review of this complaint we do not take any responsibility, as we told the customer.

      The vehicle had missing lug bolts when they brought it in. They also sign a service ticket that every thing was good when they left the building. 

      The vehicle was out almost 30 days before the customer reported this.

      We did take care of up to ****** on the tow truck to try to help out.

      the customer could not produce a service ticket on coming back in and we could not get date from the customer of exactly when they came in to have us look at or hear a sound.

      I can produce day and time I brought the car in had told them I was hearing a noise. August 1st around 11/1130 I came in and spoke to **** I believe is his name . Told him about hearing a noise. He just looked at it. They did not take it to back and look at it they did not drive it to listen they did nothing. So no I dont have a service ticket because they did nothing. And it definitely wasnt 30 days after purchasing the tires. I came in and got the tires on 7/24/24. All I want is for them to reimburse me what Im having to spend to fix it.

      In July of 2023, I agreed to a payment plan with R and R tire in ************. I fulfilled my obligation of payment, however, they consistently call, text, annoy, and harass myself as well as family members. The tires I did purchase wore so badly that they were a safety concern for my family. When taken back to the Russellville store, was told that the problem was with my vehicle. I went to a different tire shop in town and was told that the tires were horrible and never properly balanced by the company that installed them (R and R tire). The tire shop strongly advised that I do not leave the shop with the tires in the condition that they were in, I at that time purchased four new tires from the local tire shop (not r and r).These people consistently tell me I owe them money. I have explained the scenario twice and have now refused to answer their calls. This has resulted with them contacting my family members, which is very embarrassing from no fault of my own.

      Went in to this place of business on Friday 8/16/24 to discuss refund options on wheels and tires bought. Was promised by an employee that the wheels and tires wouldnt rub. It has rubbed since they were placed. Informed the business. *********************** the manager told me I could get a $1066 refund on the wheels and tires on 8/16/24. Arrived in store to return wheels and tires. Manager and mechanic raised truck up in air and stated the issue is from a miss alignment. Again told manager and mechanic it didnt rub with old tire and cause issues. ****** then became irate with customer and refused to give refund. Stated he would only give back around $400 that was not applied to account. Would like this issue to be resolved and I would get $1066 back from company that was promised.

This verbal agreement was not honored, therefore I feel I am owed the remaining amount of the $1066. I only received around $474 back on 8/17/24.       We had offered to reduce the cost of a new set of tires and give the refund of whatever had been put on the account that was not applied to rent past the date of the return.  The problem that the customer was dealing with, appeared to be a problem with the vehicle and not with our installation or product.  When the customer decided to terminate the agreement and move on, we refunded the amount that was paid in minus the amount of rent to the date of the terminated agreement.  The authorization to refund money that has been applied to rent prior to the current date, is something that has to be given by upper management.  The store is only able to give money not applied to the agreement or to pay something towards a new set for customer service.

      I was told I could get a refund of around $1066 and now this company is trying to say they did not say this. This is poor business practice to blatantly lie to paying customers and then go back on what is said. At this point it is a losing battle since the manager and this company do not want to take responsibility. I feel as if this is only because I am a woman dealing with this and not a male. 

      I took the vehicle to credible complete auto care company where they state the vehicle just needed an alignment and there were no issues regarding the actual truck  we were given a report regarding this alignment as well. No alignment paperwork was ever provided by this company. 

      I want the rest of my money back.

      The business RNR tire express on *************** helped a man escape the scene of a crime yesterday after he smashed my windsheild and withheld video surveillance from police when asked about it. I had an argument with the manager, a customer chimed in calling me names and trying to fight me. One of the employees grabbed the person and drug them into an office and closed the door. As I was leaving he attacked my vehicle and the RNR employees *****, *******, and *** all three came out and surrounded the person while I called 911. They took him inside and while I was on the phone with police the Walmart employees across the street witnessed the employees sneaking him out the side door and into a vehicle so he could get away.

      We have reviewed this complaint and value the opportunity to respond.  This customer entered the business and began acting in an unprofessional manner.  Camera footage that is available shows this customer continuing to curse while the store manager calmly asked him to stop.  Camera footage shows that another customer in the store did interject due to how our manager was being talked to.  At some point both parties went outside.  The interactions between the two were not caught on any video that we can obtain at this time.  At some point the police arrived after whatever incident took place in the parking lot.  Our manager cooperated with police fully.  To this point, the police have not inquired or suggested that any of our employees did anything criminally wrong.  Should that change, then that employee with deal with that on an individual basis.  This customer should refer anything criminal to the proper police department.

      I am rejecting this response because: your manager ***** said he was locked out of camera footage and didnt show police. Your employees aided a criminal in leaving the scene of a crime and Walmart employees witnessed this. Now youve rejected my offer and youre harassing me to make payments before my schedule dates. That image was taken today of yall asking me for a payment knowing good and well I make payments on Tuesday. This is now harassment and I wont stand for this

      If the police determine that an individual handles themselves in a criminal manner, then the police will handle that individual accordingly.  According to all that was involved, this customer handled himself in a unprofessional manner upon entering the business.  Then the customer has words with another customer.  At some point his vehicle is damaged by the customer that he had words with.  Now this customer is requesting financial compensation, from our company, for a situation that he initiated and could have prevented.  The customer is more than willing to return the tires to anyone of our locations which will terminate the contract with our company or pay out his financial obligation per the language in the contract.  Financial compensation will not be provided considering the facts of this situation.

      To address the phone calls of late payments, I have attached the most recent pay history for this customer to show that he is often late and more than 7 days late on the occasions most recently.  A customer with this pay history will get phone calls for payment when they are late. 

      Our company considers this matter closed at this time.

      I've purchased tires from RNR tire express on December 2022. They broke three wheel studs that I had to Install and replace myself because they did not have the means to fix it. April 2023 I start having trouble with my rear driver side tire as it started losing air. I've also made payments as planned on the agreement however as soon as I'm getting ready to completely pay it off they tell me that I'll have to pay the full amount because I didn't pay it before six months. Then in May ************************************ and I did confront them about it and they refused to to fix the problem. I then went to ************************* to get a new card and filed a fraud complaint against RNR tire express. I paid the remaining balance on July 2024 via their website and they are constantly calling, harassing me and even threatening with legal action after I've already made the remaining balance payment

      This company is unorganized and disrespectful. I purchased items from here and they alway over try to over charge for there mistake because they are unorganized with there payment methods and the General Manager ***** and the Assistant manager ****** are very disrespectful but I will give it to ***** he will try to make things but the assistant manager ****** is very disrespectful hateful to customers and employees. In this deal I was cheated money of $35.00 dollars. This company will try to cheat you money if you let them or if you not smart enough to catch on to there game and hate it when call them out on there mistakes

          We apologize that the customer misunderstood how the early payout discount works.  The customer has done business with us since 2014 and has had multiple accounts during that time span. Monies paid in advance are applied to the early payout amount, except when the account is past due, in which case those monies would be applied to the regularly scheduled payment.  That is what occurred in this instance and the customer thought they had more accumulated in advance payments than they did.  The customer became irritated with the Assistant Manager, who was trying to explain how the payments were applied.  The situation escalated to the Store Manager who, in a good faith effort to satisfy the customer, agreed to discount the customer's early payout amount.  The customer then paid the account in full.  We appreciate the customer's business and will make every effort to not contact them again, as they have requested in this complaint.

      NOT happy with this business. The start was so easy and the front employee was so friendly. Fast forward to 2 months ago, I called to get my payment switched to monthly. Their employee ***** (no longer works there) says everything is good to go and he doesnt need my payment until next month. 2 weeks later, I had a FEELING I needed to call and did. The manager stated it was never put in and that *************** longer worked there. So she supposedly set it up and I made a payment. Now, here we are in July. I ask to get my tires rotated and they cant get me in for weeks. I called the ****** dealership and they get it in a few days later and rotate my tires free of charge. Well, when they rotated them they called me to tell me the wrong lug nuts had been put on my car (by RnR) and may break and be pretty pricy to fix. My husband then calls *** and they state they cant talk to him about it because of legal reasons. Then today they call him and ask for me. I call them back and they say Im behind on a payment when someone JUST told me 2 weeks ago when I made a payment I was GOOD TO GO until next month!!! Im OVER this place. I missed my same as cash by 200$ and now theyre saying I can owe anywhere from 800-1100$ all over again. Do NOT use rnr. Over time youll realize its an absolute SCAM.

      According to our staff at the location, a conversation was had on 6/29 where the customer stated that she stated she would like to pay monthly starting 7/15.  She was  told her that will be fine and the monthly price will be either $154.79 for the minimum or $202.06 for the same as cash price. However, she called on 7/13 and could only pay $96.22 and we told the customer that will be fine but that will not pay her up for a month, and her payment will be due on 7/27. From the start of the agreement, we recommended that the customer should pay $96.22 for the same as cash price to be paid off by 7/17/24 same as cash date, customer paid on 2/17, 3/15, 3/29, 4/12, 7/13 the $96.22 and on 3/2, 4/27, 5/11, 6/8, 6/29 paid the minimum payment of $71.45. 
      The lug nut complaint: Her husband called on 7/23 and informed us that he had taken the vehicle to the ****** dealership to have the tires rotated and balanced and ****** stated that we put the wrong lug nuts on. The husband was asked to bring the vehicle up here and we will get the problem fixed and set him an appointment on 7/23 @ 4pm and he did not show up, that was the last of the communication we had with the customer.

      On Thursday, July 18th. I contacted RNR tires and setup an appointment to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced with a lady named ******** for Tuesday, July 23rd. On Tuesday, July 23rd I arrived at 9am RNR Tires location **************************************************************. After the store opened I processed to the desk with I spoke with another lady, who I gave my name and told her I was here for an scheduled appointment to get 4 new tires to be mounted and balanced. The looked for my name in the computer, and could not find it. I informed the lady that the appointment was scheduled with ********. At this time the store manager spoke up and said we do not have enough mechanist here today and all week to preform that job, and that you can reschedule for next week. I asked *** to provide me with corporate office phone number. *** later returned with a sheet of paper with SKC Corp and phone # as ************. Later I looked up RNR customer service and called and left an complaint concerning the treatment I received at the ****************** Later that day I when to ***************** and have my tires mounted and balanced which cost 52 dollars more.

I was not going to take a chance and they fail to mount and balanced on a different date. So I had tires mount and balanced somewhere else on the day I was available.

      I purchased some tires from RNR tire express for my daughters vehicle. I left before the vehicle was done and I didnt sign the contract. About a month went by and my daughter returned her vehicle from where she was buying it from. She then called RNR and told them where the tires were. Here it is 2 weeks later and ** still receiving text messages from the manager stating if you think by ignoring me is going to make us go away youre sadly mistaken. And they left me a voicemail threatening jail time and another text just harassing me.

      Thanks for confirming that you came in and received the items on your/your daughter's vehicle.  Receiving merchandise that has not been paid for, or agreed payments signed for, is theft in the state of Texas.  We have sent certified correspondence as a step required before requesting outside agency's to get involved.   RnR Tire Express is not responsible to negotiate product return with any business or any other party not named on the Lease Order Form or contract. The customer assumes all proper responsibility upon receiving said merchandise.   At this time, it is required that payment to be rendered in full or the return of the items in good working order (as you received them).

      Buy a set of rims and tires and a set of tires for my camry i have automatic payments from my account they got my address, they never contact me in reference of a payment, they just come to my home and leave my truck and my car sitting in a other set of rims, and i have damage on my truck lugs in all 4 of them for trying to do the job quick. Now i am in a rented vehicle because i do not have a way to move with 2 kids, its unacceptable for me because i know they never get in contact with me, one time they do not charge to me for 4 weeks and they call me they found me, and i get that fix quick this is hard and horrible momment right now..

      Documents have been provided showing our company made many attempts to contact the complainant. Complainant was behind 30 days and had made no attempts to pay. Complainant was also unwilling day of reposition to become current and keep their merchandise.  As stated and shown on our agreement, we were operating inside our mutually agreed upon guidelines. The photos submitted show normal wear and tear on a vehicle of that age and no damage shown was or could have been our doing.
