4 starsI would have given them a five star review but the supervisor refused to allow the installers to paint the replacement cedar trim around our new windows- even when we offered to provide the paint!Otherwise, working with WeatherTite was a great experience. We live on a 6th floor condo and the access wasnt easy. Still, the installers were competent, knowledgeable, and good communicators. They cleaned up everyday and were always courteous. In short they did a great job. We highly recommend the WeatherTite team.Review fromMichael P

Having Weather Tite install a few doors for us this year. Had them i stall windows for ** last year and it was a breeze. Thank you Weather Tite and ****** for an easy efficient process!

1 starAfter spending over 30 grand they tell me they don’t replace any glass for broken windows they installed unless it’s Warrenty ! Disgusting! You replace windows I have money you do the job !! Bye weather tight mike ! And get your own **** cookies !Review fromMary P

We had Andrew M. as our product specialist and we are extremely happy and pleased with our PGT windows and sliding glass door he helped us pick out. Andrew provided excellent expertise and provided us warm and wonderful customer service. Some people I dealt with:Install Supervisor ************************* fantastic Sales: ********************* What can I say ******************** & was helpful throughout the process ************ Beyond impressed. Probably some of the hardest working people Ive ever met. Experienced, thorough & clean. The process was smooth from the start. The supply chain is what it is, but they do their very best to get you the windows asap I was sure this process would be an expensive nightmare but I was more than pleasantly surprised. 5 starsfrom day one I am impressed with Weathetite Windows. The ************************** was curteous and pleasant never high pressure. Demonstarted concern for cutomer satisfaction. The installers, ****** and ****, were fabulous. They demonstrated a pride in their work maknig each window look beautiful. There was no mess to clean up and the windows look gret. They replaced 25 year old windows and now my house is brighter, more modern looking and warmer inside. The office staff are very pleasant and prompt in handling any questions or issues to my utmost satisfaction. I talked to three other companies. One was almost 3.5% more, one used subs (which i was not happy with), and one never returned with an estimate!So pleased to have chosen Weathertite.
