  They were fantastic! The price is definitely right and the installers were great. ****** would take pictures of the outside as they installed them to show us. They cleaned up all debris and carried off the old windows. We couldn't have had better service and the windows look great and now our house is quiet from outside noise.

  Dishonest and unprofessional. Two years ago, I signed a contract with this company. A salesperson came out, looked at our project, gave me a quote, and we agreed on the price. I gave them a deposit and they measured the windows. After one year from the contract, the windows and sliding doors arrived. The two crew members installed them properly, but after installation, one sliding door and three windows were defective. three window screens were wrong; they put the big screens instead of the half-window screens. On top of that, they told me that the sliding door broke during delivery, they left us with no screen for months in ******* with mosquito bites on our skin. I was too nice to pay them in full, which was a huge mistake. They told us we would get screens in three weeks, but we waited for months. called to check when they would have the three defective windows, the sliding door, and the screens. They kept postponing us until they said that it is coming from abroad and we have no control. I was mad because I have problems with my husband now because he did not agree to pay in full, but I paid in full because I was thinking it is a good, well-known, honest company who ******************** and who can appreciate a customer like us who paid in full before the job was done. Here we are now, after two years, and we did not get them to change these defective three windows and sliding door. It is horrible how they deal with their customers, and I regret why I paid in full. I contacted the city to report them, as I will. I will also dispute all my credit card charges and escalate this issue. This created a lot of frustration, my husband is on oxygen and has many medical sicknesses, as do I. We have to deal with such horrible issues. Also, the employees did not get back to me. called numerous times, was dealing with *******. She put me on hold as she transferred me to another employee to tell me now that windows and door did not arrive this is after 2 years!!

  Weather Tite and ****** did such a fantastic job the first time around installing all our windows, we are issuing them to install our doors. Couldnt be more impressed with this company!

  We highly recommend Weather Tite Windows! From the sales staff, to the install managers, stucco repair technicians and customer service representative, we give them a 5-star rating. *****, ***, ******, *********, and the entire team were timely, efficient, clean and friendly! I asked several questions and they had answers and delivered on them. At a time when customer service is often difficult to find, this team raised the bar where it should be, and demonstrated what it means.

  Whether Tite did a wonderful job on our winding ****************************** in our condo. They were very professional from purchase to installation. I highly recommend them.

  The install crew was poor. They thru waste from the job on my trees. They are a terrible company.

  It is very unfortunate that Mr. has chosen to put this online about our company.  Mr. told us that a tree was damaged by us and although we had no evidence of this, we refunded him $500 to try to do right by him.

  Dishonest and unprofessional. Bait and switch tactics. I was under contract with them. Sales person came out, looked at our project, gave me a quote, we agreed on the price, signed a contract, gave a deposit, windows measured. 30+ days later my deposit was refunded back into my account. I called to inquire why. They said my contract was canceled. Try to tell me the sales person told them I wanted to cancel which was a complete lie. I have written proof from the sales person saying he never told them that and had left the company weeks before my contract was canceled. Their customer service then told me they can send someone out to requote me. I agreed of course thinking it would basically be signing a new contract and all I'd lose is some delivery time. Another sales person came and he started spinning another story saying the first sales person didn't put any labor in the job. End result was my new quote was ALMOST DOUBLE THE ***** of the first. What a complete waist of time. You can't just "cancel a contract" because you want to make more money.
