1 starWe paid $15,000.00 for new widows from weather tite windows of Tampa, Fl. Windows ordered April of 2022, installed December of 2022. The windows were defective. After several complaints weather tite finally sent out a technician who confirmed they are indeed defective. Replacement windows were ordered in January 2023. They finally came in September 21st. However, once again the windows are defective. Weather Tite claims PGT windows are superior to all other windows. Yet, they can’t seem to manufacture a window without defects. I asked to have my money refunded so I could buy windows from Window World where I purchased all the other windows in my house. Never had a problem with my Window World windows. Of course Weather Tite wants to keep my money. I have no idea when we will receive windows without defects that we can actually see out of in the mornings. Will NEVER do business with Weather Tite again.Review fromRichard S

5 starsIm a repeat Weather Tite Window customer. My first experience was fabulous and as such I used them again. This current job was equally superb. Our sales representative **** was punctual, attentive, informed and accurate. He was always available it take questions. The installation was seamless! The quality of the entire job was excellent. They were precise, respectful and clean. The Weather Tite warranty is tremendous. I would recommend them unconditionally.Review fromTonya B

2 starsSimilar to a prior customers review I would give them a better review if their service and treatment were better. In a nutshell, it took a very long time to get everything right. And while this could be seen as an issue we were ok with that. We agreed that we would make the final payment when the work is complete. Last piece to be done after the inspection was put the covers on, remove the stickers, and do a final cleanup. My "beef" and reason for the 2-star is that they wouldn't complete the work without pay, stating it's cosmetic and seen as warranty. I would have been had they requested the pay. However, stating the completion of the work is cosmetic and warranty doesn't bode well. Especially when being held hostage for the payment.Review fromTerrence H

2 starsI'd like to give this outfit a five star review BUT service seems to be lacking. I replaced four sliding glass doors and 11 windows at a cost of 35K plus. Ordered in February and they are ALMOST completed in August. I understand it takes awhile to make custom windows so I expected to wait months for the install process. Inspection was completed today (AUG 4th) but they can't seem to find time to fix a roller on one of the doors, replace ny broken mantle (workers broke it) and finish the trim on the 11 windows. I now have to wait another 7 weeks for these things to happen. We had a vacation scheduled for September 4th and now I can't go because I have to wait for their service department to come and finish the job. Same thing happened after the four doors were installed in June but they never came to finish the trim until July. Windows are great BUT service is horrible.Review fromLeland F

The install on my lanai was totally BOTCHED!! From caulking to torn screens to vent kick plate to smeared caulking all around inside frame. I was promised this would be remedied and the new product has been in warehouse for a few weeks with re install set for today 7/5 but I was called on Monday and told manager will call me to reschedule installer was sick . What a crock of BS! This business is a JOKE and extremely unprofessional ! All I want is what I paid for I do not think that is too much to ask. Just called again today and as usual promised a call from manager. I am so sorry I used this company !!

Unfortunately, there were some service issues on the original installation of the product. WeatherTite stands behind our work, and we reordered several items to be repaired under her warranty. The day of the service, the installer got Covid and the installation had to be rescheduled for another day with a different crew. Ms. said if we did not provide her money back she would be coming to the BBB and leaving us a nasty review. This in addition to berating and using horrible expletives toward the office staff she spoke with.Review fromAmor B

Weather Tite and the staff have all been informative and helpful during the process of window purchase and installation. I would say every person there is professional and the owners care about the consumer just as much as their employees. It's refreshing to know they are family owned. Highly recommend this company, and if you are contemplating - just don't even look anywhere else. You found the best one already.Weather Tite Windows
