      We had 12 windows and 4 sliding glass doors done at our home in Largo Florida. The team that installed the windows was exceptional. The quality of the windows and doors are also great. Unfortunately once the install was finished and we made the final payment, they just forgot about us. Over a period of the next three months we had to make call after call to their customer service desk to try to get the aster guy, inspection and finally the closing crew to come wrap up the job. At one point I was texting directly with a supervisor to get the stucco work finished and then he vanished too. So overall, the product is good quality, but the service and follow up is horrible. When you write the final payment stay on top of the so you don’t get forgotten about.

      Subject: Request for Immediate Escalation and Resolution of Installation Issues
      To Whom It May Concern,
      I am writing to formally express my deep frustration with the ongoing delays, lack of communication, and overall poor customer service I’ve experienced since placing my order in February.
      Despite my initial patience, by May I had yet to receive any proactive updates regarding the status of my order and was forced to reach out myself. Connecting with a representative proved incredibly difficult, and once I finally did, the installation schedule that followed was riddled with delays.
      As of mid-June, only 3 of the 7 openings had been installed. I was then scheduled for additional installation two weeks later, only to be informed the day prior that one of the larger windows was missing a panel. Despite the inconvenience, I agreed to install 3 of the remaining 6 windows—another day wasted without resolution. Most recently, I was promised that final installation would occur on July 5th, but I was again notified at the last minute that this would not happen.
      Throughout this process, I have made numerous attempts to speak with a manager, but have only received callbacks from lower-level leadership. As a gesture of goodwill, I was offered a gift card—which I accepted—but weeks later, it has still not been sent. Repeated efforts to reach corporate representatives, including multiple emails to Amy R***, have gone unanswered. These emails were not returned as undeliverable, so I must assume they were received.
      At this point, I respectfully demand direct contact from someone with the authority and accountability to resolve this matter promptly and comprehensively.
      I look forward to a timely and professional response.

      Had an excellent experience with Jacob in sales and Tito & his crew for installation. The crew was professional and efficient. We are pending final inspection and a couple punch list items over the next couple of weeks, but overall very satisfied.

      Since I purchased $30k for windows and doors around 2018, its been like pulling teeth to get replacement windows (there was mold spores). Right now I am on hold with them for 53 minutes. What kind of horse manure service is this?? This is probably the 10th time (in the past 2 months) I am calling them about getting this fixed. Usually its 2/3 rings and then hangs up. Call back and someone may or may not pick up. This time someone picked up, took my phone number and said they would look at my account and here we are 58 minutes later and not a peep from themstill on hold ??

      Windows are great, installed December 2023, but the screens are inferior. The frames are so flimsy they are collapsing. New South came out twice to tighten the loose screens. After the second visit, within a week the frames started to collapse inward. I have been trying since March 2025 to get this corrected. I call weekly and have yet to receive a response back. At one point they told me that our screens were no longer available. That created a whole new concern. Does New South have only ONE screen supplier?? Very disappointed.

      They don't return phone calls, landscaping company broke new window, lifetime warranty. What a joke, my windows/ sliders haven't been finished Horrible company, would not recommend to anyone.

      I used New South Window Solutions install new windows in my house, the installation was a nightmare as it took three crews to get the job done and I now have a water leak in the upstairs windows because of the crew's failure to remove the plugs from the weep holes in the window frame and caulked over them. after several attempts to reach the warranty department and leaving messages to be called back i still have not heard back from them and unable to reach anyone at either of the Dallas or Fort Worth area offices.

      Extremely Disappointed Do Not Recommend I spent $20,000 on a front door from New South Window and Doors, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The door does not open properly the mechanism constantly gets stuck and after more than five service visits, they still cant fix it. The last technician even informed me that my door has been discontinued, which is shocking considering I was sold a lifetime warranty.Despite numerous attempts to get this resolved, the company refuses to replace or properly repair the door that was clearly installed incorrectly. I was promised quality and peace of mind, and instead Ive been left with a door that doesnt work and a company that wont stand behind its product.Buyer beware: this company does not honor their warranty and provides zero accountability once they have your money.

      On Thursday March 27th, ****** with NewSouth Window Solutions, LLC, made an appointment to come to my home on Saturday March 29th between 10:00 and 2:00 PM, to quote for a 5-window replacement project. NewSouth Window Solutions, LLC never showed, they never called to explain, and to my amazement, their explanation in today's message was a "save face" apology. Bad company! Bad.

      We contracted with NewSouth Windows LLC in June of 2024 to build and install 11 windows and 2 doors in our new to us home. Initial install was on 1-2 October, 2024. NewSouth Windows LLC was paid in full on 3 October, 2024. Initial issues with the doors included the installers installing the front door backwards, with the sill on the inside of the house, then after correcting the installation of the door, they installed the door locks with the key holes on the INSIDE of the house. With the language barrier, it took awhile to make them realize that the door locks were installed backwards. That was finally corrected, but numerous issues with the doors, and multiple window issues continued to exist. The latest visit by NewSouth Windows on 5 March 2025 (5 months after the initial) corrected some more of the outstanding issues, but issues still remain with the Sliding Glass Door, the single most expensive piece item we contracted for. NewSouth Windows now appears to have washed their hands of the entire install, stating that their company no longer manufactures the door in such a manner for the sliding screen door to function properly, so there is nothing further they can do. Multiple phone calls, and texts since 5 March 2025, leaving messages requesting NewSouth contact us have not been returned. To date, 28 March 2025 (5 and 1/2 months after the initial install, and NewSouth being paid in full, and 9 + months after we signed the contact), the installation is still not complete, with doors still not properly working. We wish we had never heard of NewSouth Windows LLC.
