3 starsInstalled 3/11/2025. Very nice windows. We have a lot of touch *** both inside and outside from installation. S**** holes and top track covers cant be covered until county inspector comes. We had inspector come out following Monday. All of our drapes and blinds have been down since installation. It took 3 calls to New South Windows to even get a return call. They are telling us it will be the end of March before they come out and finish their job, which couldnt take more than 2 hours. In hindsight, I would have withheld part of final payment until job was 100% complete. Who wants to go without window coverage for 3 weeks? **************** needs immediate attention if company wants a future. ***** TReview fromJeremiah W

I signed a contract with their sales *** because I was supposedly getting a 50% discount, when I compared it to other similar quotes, they were still 60% more. I called to find out how to cancel, and was told that an emailed letter would work. I did that, plus a texted photo of my letter to the sales ***, and a post marked letter to their office. Now over a week later they will still not confirm they have initiated or even intend to credit back my deposit to my Charge Card. My card company still shows it as outstanding with no pending credit. At this point I have disputed it with my card company and have called NewSouth Window again to no avail. Not the kind of follow through you would expect from a ***utable company. Be cautious with NewSouth Windows.

4 starsNew South Windows As far as the Product and installation of the Windows. Hands down there are completely professional very helpful and timely. The product itself excellent. For our Sales person knowledgeable very good at listening. My only complaints would be that our salesperson MATT. totally mislead us to believe that we could get BLACK BRACKETS for our front door not it would be not acceptable due to the way the warranty covers the front door outside of the fact when receiving our front door it was warped from being in the warehouse too long outside of the fact the front door is extremely difficult to open and have to wait about 6 to possibly 10 weeks this from my position this is not good. Complete proper inspection of doors before putting on a truck would be highly recommended not just coming off the manufacturer line which would be standard operating procedure which is necessary.
