The windows and sliding doors are great quality and pretty much sell themselves when compared to other ones on the market (we examined at least six different manufacturers). We liked that they employ and train all the installers for consistency in the installation process. We were told it would probably take 2 days for the installation of 11 windows and one sliding door but the work crew was very efficient and were able to complete the install in one day.We had an issue with one window and a man came out to check it within one week. We are still awaiting a call (~2 weeks) from the person he is connecting us with. Since they have been installed, I can open up the blinds and really enjoy the sunshine. The windows stay cool to touch even with the sun shining full on. The air conditioner is not cycling as often. They look great and we hope to save money on our electricity.In retrospect, we probably would have ordered single hung instead of double hung for our application but overall we're happy with our choice of New South for our home.NewSouth Window Solutions, LLC

This company is terrible with ***************** I have called on numerous occasions and can never speak with anybody but the receptionists. They say they leave him, Manager, messages and he never calls back. I have concerns and they can't find the time to call me. My windows are not finished after 5 months. They hurried through the installation and made a mess of the inside and outside of my windows. They sent someone from service who was given an hour to fix the problems. Most are still not fixed. I was told that inspection on the windows was scheduled for a certain date, but had no idea as to when he would be out, so we waited entire 8-5 for no one. Next day called to find out where the inspector was. We were told he tried to come at 8 in the morning, but that was impossible as we were here the whole day. Then the receptionists told us that no one would be coming out as it just needed a signature, they don't come out any more. Which is it? Our energy company will give us a rebate if certain requirements are met. One of those requirements is the invoice must contain certain information that New South refuses to help or comply with. You pay a lot for windows, customer service certainly needs to be key. This company gets an F from meNewSouth Window Solutions, LLC

My husband and I had New South come out to give a FREE estimate. The salesman Brian, was very nice and we liked the product. We had not received our financing to pay for this project yet so it would be a couple of months before we could hire them and pay the deposit. He said he could not guarantee the estimate unless we pay the deposit or pay over $4,000.00 and set up financing. We said we didn't have any of that amount on hand so he said if we pay $500.00 he could hold the estimate. He went out the car to call the office and came back with confirmation of paying the $500.00 then slipped in another $500.00 payment 2 weeks later. I felt like I was buying a car. We foolishly agreed and paid, figuring it went to the cost of the windows anyway. Our financial plans fell through and we called the office and texted the salesman, left messages to tell them we were not installing windows at this time and needed them to refund the $500.00. After 3 weeks someone finally called us back and said we had 3 days to cancel to get a refund. Nowhere in our paperwork did it show we paid $500.00. They didn't do anything to earn it except the song and dance at the FREE estimate appointment. When we eventually get new windows, we will not be using New South. 1 starWe have had nothing but horrible service from this company!
We spent ******** and the product has failed MANY TIMES. 7 windows and a set of triple sliding doors. They attempted to replace 4 windows where there was a gas leak. It took several attempts on 2 of the widows, it took months even PRIOR to *****. Now, our VERY EXPENSIVE triple sliders have a gas leak. The glass is very cloudy, hard to see outside and very unsightly! They have been trying to get this fixed for 5 months. 1st time they measured wrong. They came yesterday and it was another nightmare! We refused to let them finish removing the glass because we saw how MUCH DAMAGE WAS BEI G MADE TO THE DOOR FRAME! We need a new door, this glass cannot be removed without damaging the entire 4 sides of the frame. NO RETURN CALL FROM ************** No one communicates, customers are at the bottom of their list, DO NOT EVER USE NEW SOUTH WINDOW SOLUTIONS if you need new windows!!! We have filed 3 complaints against this company, they will come back with a reply that is totally untrustworthy! We are under warranty and we NEED A NEW DOOR, NOT JUST A PIECE OF GLASS.Review fromMichael M

Great product; installation could of been better. 2/4 frames were way off in size. 4/8 doors were scuffed due to poor packaging. Install team worked really hard! Finished product looks nice!NewSouth Window Solutions, LLC

We ordered windows in Oct 2021 and was told it would be 4-6 months. In Feb or 2022 windows were in - YAY. They sent ONE (1) installer a few days later (Tommy) Nice guy but one person installing windows is crazy, my husband helped him. Next day he brought a "buddy' to help which was a schizophrenic so the process was slow that day. Needless to say, the next day he was alone, day after he recruited a helper that had never installed windows. After 7 or 8 days, all windows were installed. The eyebrow over one of the large window in the front of house is still a mess. They had measured incorrectly and Tommy tried his best to make it look nice (we know it's not correct but it you glance at it - it looks "OK". We had NINE windows installed which should have taken 2 days but took a week. So now, months later (Aug 2022) nobody from New South ever came out and inspected or called or followed up on our windows. County inspected and we passed. It's like they sell you theses high dollar windows, fish around for an installer and you never hear from them again. Ridiculous customer service. Cindy B.NewSouth Window Solutions, LLC
