Tried to book a hotel for one night through the hotel's website and was redirected to a spoofed website by a ************************ called Room 77. When I cancelled through the hotel directly Room 77 and Hotel Planner have not honored the refund request. This is a scam practice and this company should not be trusted.HotelPlanner.com

******* helped me find a more reasonable place to stay for 1 night in **************. She was friendly, patient & understood my situation being a Senior traveling with my dog. ******** is a scamming thief who needs to be fired for fraudent info and ripping customers off from hotels.I had my pricing done on line and wanted to make sure it went thru so I called. I was trying to book on the road and had low service connection. The gentleman named above attempted to TRIPPLE my rate!I explained I was looking at the rates and I just wanted to verify this went thru because I kept losing service. He said and I quote that rate is no longer available. He was literally lying!I pulled over and checked 3 other places who have me my rates no problem!Instead of my ****** or ****** this jerk told me I had to pay him 289.!I was so angry I actually went to a different hotel. I always stay in ******** when traveling. This jerk had me so infuriated I went to different ********** this guy. He doesn't care about the hotel customers at all. Paying a weekend rate is one thing, being ripped off? unacceptable!HotelPlanner.com
