1 starThis company is a total scam! When I called what I thought was the hotel, they acted as if I were booking with the hotel front desk, when I was charged in full for a room booked in which they were supposed to take a deposit, I called the hotel directly again and learned that we DID NOT have a reservation. Further they charged more for the room than I was quoted. Now I have fully paid (and OVERPAID!) for something, and I DO NOT have a room reservation. It was incredibly difficult to get a hold of someone at the company and when I finally did and explained the situation she HUNG UP ON ME!!! BEWARE of this scam company. I booked what I thought was a Park Here Fly there hotel ******** ********, ** to stay one night and park my car for 10 days while vacationing in ****** with my husband. I put down the night I would be staying (Sept. 30, 2023) and the night I was to come back and pick up my car (Oct. 10, 2023). I have stayed here at this wonderful ************** and never had an issue. I googled what I thought was the ******** site and entered my cc info for what I thought was one night (to hold it or even charge the one night rate). No summary of charges was given before I pushed to charge it or I would have been alerted to this scam. Once I pushed charge...a charge of over $3000 was charged with an ALERT of NO REFUNDS! I immediately called the hotel ******** and cancelled (I received my cancellation number). I said this was definitely an error and they had no problem but notified me the booking was done thru a third party. At this writing, I have not even gone on this trip, I cancelled the hotel and my cc company will not refund me as this merchant is not cooperating. I have their number and they don't even answer after being on hold for hours at a time. This is a Phishing scam company and I want everyone to know how misleading, unethical and unjust they operate. I will spread the word to everyone I know I am a professional 63 year old Registered nurse, grandma and executive for a company and believe you me, I am telling everyone how I have been mistreated. A $3,000 injustice for sure! I never received any compensation and have to eat this money which was from our retirement fund. Thanks but NO THANKS!!!!!!HotelPlanner.com
