  I booked a hotel through these people, and I got to the hotel and it was nothing but a crackhouse. What prostitutes in a past out crackhead on the sidewalk. My contact the demon told him I wanted to refund because this place was unsafe to stay. Or they could find me another place, they refuse to give me a refund. This place head police surveillance on a camera on top of a long Pole directly at the hotel because it was such a hazard. I offered to go to another hotel in another town. Because I didn't feel safe with my family there. And they said that it was uncancelable. And I would just have to stay there, clearly they weren't concerned about our safety. I would never use these people, they are only out for money and are not interested in actually helping people but rather making money off of being a cut throat business. One of the worst examples of being a good corporate citizen that I've ever seen, I don't know how they could possibly stay in business.

  Agent was super helpful when I made my reservation. I paid extra for a cancellation option. When I called to cancel (within the approved window), I was told the hotel wouldnt cancel, but I could shorten my stay and be refunded the extra night ((which is what I wanted in the first place). I was assured that I would receive a confirmation email from the escalation team within 1-2 days. I did not. I called backthis time I was not within the cancellation window, so ******* again told me shed teach out to the escalation team (who conveniently can only communicate via email). 3 days later, I am still awaiting communication. I will never book 3rd party again.

  Id give zero stars if possible. This company is engaged in predatory and egregious pricing practices. They charged us 60% more than the actual cost of the hotel room with no notification, etc. So a hotel room that was supposed to cost $133 actually cost $212. I think ****** needs to reevaluate its relationship with this unethical company (which never revealed itself *********** planner.com. We learned that only through extensive research).
