      I made a reservation with hotel planner for 2 nights in *********** for 305$. They told me that I would received a full refund if cancellation was made 48 hrs in advance. I cancelled with 6 weeks to go and they refunded only 50%, saying that they needed a 150$ booking fee and they would get back in touch with me to refund 100%- neither the call nor the 50% refund return happened.One star is too many for these thieving, lying crooks. ********

      I booked a room with hotel planner, due to a family emergency. I called hotel planner to cancel the reservation, they insured me a cancelled on time and will not be billed. . I was billed for the room they told me i had to call the hotel for the refund. the hotel and hotel planner cancellation policy is diffrent. I had to fight for 1 month back and forth with hotel planner and the hotel. they would only refund me 1 night. I believe hotel planner and hotels have a scam going on. DON"T BOOK THROUGH *************

When you made the reservation, you agreed to the cancellation policy: Bookings cancelled before 09/01/2022 6:00 PM ************ time) are subject to a fee of 1 night's room and tax per room. There is no refund for no-shows, early checkouts, or cancellations after 09/01/2022, 6:00 PM ************ time).


      When we contacted the hotel, the front desk agent informed us you were tagged as a no show. For that reason, we had to get approval for your refund. We have issued a refund for one night as a gesture of good will. Please allow **** business days to see that refund reflected in your account.

      My husband made reservations at our favorite hotel in **************. He thought he called directly to the motel. Instead reservations were made through hotelplanner. I usually make reservations but he wanted to surprise me. It was a surprise alright! We paid double what the room should have cost according to the hotel. We will NEVER make this mistake again! ALWAYS call directly to the hotel! In case a refund can be made on the part of your company *******, 2 adults, confirmation *******, 2 nights was $817.80!!!! Ridiculous!!!

      This company is a ****. They lied when they told me they were Hampton Inn. They lied when they told me they had a 5 day cancellation policy. They lied when they told me they cancelled my reservation. I have wasted hours being lied to by everyone at this sleazy place.
