I was not told about 1 night cancellation fee when I made the reservation. I tried to cancel only to find I am probably stuck for 1 night. I was only told I could cancel before 6/21 at 6 pm.HotelPlanner.com

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a credit for a room that I was double charged for - I call every day and get the sale respondent saying they are escalating the issue but I never get a resolution - the *********** in ************* cannot be contacted a they never answer the phone and for either myself or Hotel Planner. The reservation was 05.26.25 and K]I am sill waiting fir ht e credit for the double billing. Hotel Planner has a screen shot I sent of the 2 charges and admit that the missing original reservation was their error which is what I was charged again t the front desk at check in.
