I was charged a fee of $333 for a Tax Recovery fee for 1 night at a hotel. When I called to ask what did it represent, I was told someone will email me a response to breakdown the charge.

The young lady gave me 200%. I could write a detailed book, but she helped me find a room when the hotel I called was booked. She made sure I got a rate I felt comfortable with. She has the best personality and I could imagine her smile through the phone; very relatable. She made me feel like her only client; very individualized attention. She is a great face for your business. If shes at the desk when I come in I will tell her she helped me and ask to hug her. I DO NOT feel this way usually. This was a highly unusual booking experience. Promote this girl to train all the other people who do her job. If that has been her job shes ready for something bigger. If she doesnt have a degree dont let that get it in the way or work with her to get the necessary degree. She could be a loyal employee if treated right. Do not lose her by putting a glass ceiling on her.HotelPlanner.com

Excellent customer service! Our flight was cancelled and we had to find a hotel. Joel was kind and helped me through my frustration and found a hotel (100s of others were doing same thing due to flight cancellations). He found us a hotel with 24hr shuttle service. Thank you ****!HotelPlanner.com

Used this platform in May for a trip in July. Called to confirm hotel and they told me reservation does not exist! I want my money refunded. Have called and they acted like they take these kind of calls all day, everyday. Ongoing scam? this is how I was charged thru my Venmo -- please help!!! I had to cancel due to family health emergency . I paid for cancellation fee because of the unknown with my moms health issues. Its well beyond their 10 day wait on getting my refund .Still NO REFUND. They asked for medical records which is against the law ! I will never book with them again . Scam Scam Scam .
