Wrights handled the entire process from start to finish with the utmost professionalism. From the design to financing and installation, I am blown away at how easy they made it for me. I live in an HOA, and Wrights handled everything. The 2 guys that came to install must be angels because not only did I feel ?? comfortable with them in my home, the job itself is pure perfection. I dont even need to touch up the paint. Do not hesitate to go with Wrights!

Sales man ****** was very friendly and truly wanted to match my needs with the best product. ***** (project manager) was responsive and available during installation. ******* and his assistant showed up on time everyday of the project. Wrights Windows did an EXCELLENT job on replacing my windows and door. The supervisor, **********, had the job completed and cleaned up in one day. Wrights has proven themselves to be honest and competent throughout my impact window project. When routine service was required, **** was dispatched and he was very courteous and took time to explain the issue and educate me on ongoing maintenance. Wrights installers were fantastic. The office was also easy to deal with and responsive.However, it took for every to get the windows installed. We ordered them in December, and they weren't installed until April. They said it was a permitting issue. I have dealt with ******** permitting and it never took that long.Please let the installers know how good they were.Wright's Impact Window & Door, LLC
