      We initially met with a ******** salesman December 2021. We signed a contract and paid a $26,000 deposit in March 2022. We have yet to be given a definite installation date although we have been given various dates of "probable" installation (July, October, November) only later to be informed that ******** supplier had not delivered the required item. We were told by "********" that "*******" would be calling, but he never has. We were told that the company holding up the supply was *******, but this company only deals with ******** directly. As we read other complaints about ********, a pattern similar to ours has emerged, with one ominous other issue: the installation for one customer, once it finally happened, didn't pass inspection. We initially decided on ******** because we were assured that the install would happen before summer 2022, but also because the company had a reputation for excellent work. We are now doubting both. We have sent numerous emails and called ******** many times without a positive step forward. Although we have never filed a BBB complaint before, we don't know what else to do outside of contacting the owner directly. That will be our next step.

      Signed a contract with this company on January 19, 2022. Two small windows to be installed. Put a 50% deposit. Called several times. Was told windows were shipped from the manufacturer on October 17. Nothing happened. Called again and was told they were coming on November 24. Nothing happened. Called again on December 6 and received a callback telling me they do not know when they will receive the windows. Since we are going on a year with no date on installation asked for a refund of deposit. Will not do that. Need help getting either the windows installed or a refund of our deposit.

      We recently purchased impact windows from Wrights Windows. From the initial inquiry and pricing with Paula and Pete, all the way through to the completion of the install, we were well taken care of and continually informed on the status of our order. The timeline, from order to install, that they prepared us for was accurate. Sam, Anthony, Danny and the crew that did the installation were all professional, respectful and neat! We would highly recommend Wrights Windows!

      Looks like ******** Impact Windows and Doors hires people to write positive reviews on BBB. Reading the bad reviews sounds very much like our experience with this company to date. Missed commitments, missed or canceled installations, and zero communication for updates and expectations. Even called to speak with the VP's to get some idea what is going on and when we could get the products we have paid for installed. Terrible company to do business with and I hope those in the market for these products come here and read these reviews before giving any money down as a deposit. Absolute Worst!!!

      I will overlook the amount of time it takes to prepare the windows.I will overlook that several date changes were made for the installation.However, it is hard to overlook a mistake in measuring which added a lot of time to the installation completion.It is hard to overlook that they processed a payment without notifying me in writing and before the installation was complete because of the mistake in measuring.It is MOST DISAPPOINTING to overlook that now that the windows are ready to be installed, there is NO available time to do the final installation for almost another month!!!Unacceptable. Can not recommend this company.....

      ********************************* was amazing! Best company. A friend of mine got her windows from you guys and they were life changing. They made such a different to the house. I will definitely go to them future wise for windows

      My impact windows and doors were just finished being installed by Wright’s IMpact Window & Door company. From the initial sales presentation and impact window education by Pierson M. to the final installation I am very pleased and would definitely use Wright’s again. In fact, I have recommended Wright’s to multiple neighbors and resident’s in the Gleneagles community. High praise to the installers Jose, Arne, and Arnaldo as well as the team leader Burt. They were extremely friendly, professional, and excellent at removing and installing my new windows and doors.
