      From start to finish, I was extremely impressed with the customer service and workmanship from Wrights. The time frames they provided was on point. They responded to every inquiry I had. Very professional company. I would highly recommend them.

      We ordered windows for an install several weeks ago. *********************** from ******** handled the submission required by our HOA and was able to expedite and get us in the next committee meeting to get us set for approval.

      I contracted with ******** to replace my front doors. The salesperson offered me an excellent deal and I signed a contract immediately. While I was happy with the initial contact with ********, the months following left me tracking my order with little response. That's where ***** came in and immediately fast-tracked everything! Because the doors needed to be approved by my POA and a permit was necessary, I had to wait quite a while. My doors came in and installation was scheduled. My installers, ****** and *******, were excellent! The doors are beautiful and I am extremely happy with the end result. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone!

      Excellent presentation. We have talked to reps from many companies, and ***** was by far the most complete in his information.His estimate was detailed and the price was competitive..We are anticipating a smooth process from start to finish

      We met with a ******************* on Mar 11, 2022 and signed Contract on Mar 22 deposit for the amount of $ *****. We were told the installation would be 4 -5 months due to the backup of Coved. On August (5 months later) we hadn't heard anything and called and we were told the Installation date was September 25th, never received a call for for Sept 25, no show-up than Oct 26, No show-up .On Nov 8 spoke to *************** was very nice emailed still on for arrival Nov 25 .Again, sent her email. Than received email Nov 28 from ******* manufacturer arrived windows and **** would call us Dec 6. On Dec 6 sent her email we haven't heard from ****. On Dec 15th received email from ******* stating Installation date Jan 30th, 2023. and that ***** (project Manager) was going to reach out appointment for Dec 20 from 10 to 2 for pre inspection. On Dec 15 ***** called to confirm appointment Dec 20 10am to 12pm said it was ok. On Dec 20th waited until 3pm no calls and no show up sent email again to she The next day rec'd email from her, excuse was that ***** called & went to voicemail, No text, No voicemail No email. More Excuses as usual. I spent Thanksgiving day in the hospital had a stroke admitted 3 days ************************** haven't found reason yet and investigating. Cardiologist said could be stress but have ordered more outpatient tests I do believe that stress this Company have conributed.to my stress, sleepless night etc. *************** says windows are in ******** Wearhouse . Why Installation date of January 30, 2023? We have been waiting 9 months why make an unsatisfied client wait 6 more weeks. I've been thinking for about 2 month and been very worried thinking they are playing with our money and the windows recently ordered and even doubt ordered that we lost the deposit and not getting any window probably the stress that I had for over 2 months. Pre Inspection not done yet scheduled appt 12/20 No show no reschedule How can we trust Co? We want our deposit
