      The customer service is great and the price is fair. The only problem I have is that the so called climate control is a joke. It's really cold inside of the Simpsonville location. I really wish that they would keep it a little warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.

      Horrible experience tried to get a storage unit, I paid in full, get to the storage unit and it was already occupied. I was reassigned to another unit which was also occupied. Pure lack of organization.
