      If you're looking for storage at a fair price and at a clean place I highly recommend talking to **** at storage rentals of America. She's knowledgeable and easy to talk to. If you have any issues, she is quick to fix them. So if you're looking for an accredited storage joint pick SROA

      Service was very friendly and inviting. They answered all my questions and over all made me feel great about my purchase and about the security of this location/storage building. I've heard a lot of people having issues with their stuff getting stolen even from a locked storage unit so I was very hesitant but after coming in and talking to Teresa b. I felt so much better. Shes definitely the one to go see if you're interested and if you have ANY kinda of questions. Thanks guys for all you do ??

      I rented a 5x10 unit. When I came to put the lock on, it was a 5x5 unit. I called them because there was no one in the office. They asked at least 5 times if I was sure. Apparently they assumed I was an idiot who couldnt tell the difference between a square and a rectangle.

      We are disappointed to learn of your experience here at Storage Rentals of America, but will take this opportunity to improve. Our team should have assisted the tenant by contacting the Property Manager on their behalf with assistance on the unit, rather than questioning repeatedly about the size of the unit. We value ****** **** as a tenant and will coach our team on better customer service. Our Associate ********************** Manager spoke with the tenant and explained the 5x10 unit she needed and is there to offer any additional help.

      I was lied to and mislead.. but SROA DID have a unit when i needed one. The main gate entrance/gate has not worked via code entry since before March 2024 or longer...

      Advertisement of units are false. Even after letting them know of incorrect size it isnt changed. Even if you decline the additional charge for monthly protection insurance you still get charged. They lie.
