      I had a unit in Mason Mi. The staff there were very helpful and always kind. I had to call them a few different times and they were very helpful each time. One of the employees that helped me the most was Austin. He was very polite and very respectful. I appreciated his help when my rental was done. He made the move out process very quick and efficient. I hope he’s recognized for the kindness and help he provides to others

      Excellent customer service! They give you a free lock and key. They stay on top of potential rodent problems and keep the lot cleaned up. Automatic payments are available. You can access your unit 24/7 with a gate code and theres a phone number to call anytime if you run into trouble.
