      Manager of the site is phenomenal, respectful professional I have no concerns or complaints at this time. The second Drive to the storage unit could be fixed a lot sooner other than that no issues

      Absolutely worst ever! Not only do they jack up the monthly rate on you (was under $100 now with their "insurance and tax" almost $200) but they lie and hang up on you when you call. On site property manager not there and refuses to answer phone. My elderly mother fell behind on her storage fees due to the constant increases and they locked the unit. Understand. Paid 1 1/2 weeks ago brought current and get there and still locked with their padlock. Called as property manager not there, told two different stories. Policy to remove lock in two days once paid up to date. Not done and told would be handled by Monday (today being Saturday while we are at unit). Rude when my mother has dealt with them. Tried to discuss the constant increase in fees, told they can do it however often and however much per the contract????? DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. Asked to speak with district manager when called twice to try and resolve and customer service hung up on me. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Hate even putting one star.

      We are sorry for your issue, as we appear to have some confusion on your account. We show that the unit was 3 months past due and was in the auction process when the payment was satisfied. We have been trying to reach out to you but both numbers are showing not in service, so we are perplexed on how we can assist you. We needed to have a lock replaced on your unit, as it was cut off for the auction proceedings. 


      We followed Ohio lien laws and continue to wish to work with you but need to reach you for this.
