      If I could give zero stars...I would!!!! I would NEVER recommend anybody rent a storage unit from this company. We rented one for our college student to store their items during the summer months and the roof leaked and destroyed EVERYTHING. When we returned to move her into her home in August EVERYTHING was covered in mold, the unit had standing water in it and the company is taking zero responsibility!! Will NEVER recommend them. Completely taking advantage of college students!!!! And you better purchase their Total Protection Package because if you dont they will never cover your contents if it is due to owner negligence!!

      We are sorry that this happened. As you will see below, there is a little more to share. The tenant was angry because she provided her own insurance on the contents of her unit, despite our recommendations to purchase TPP. The unit had no issues at the time she rented it.

      A few weeks later, we had a big storm that caused some wind damage on the property and caused a roof leak that we were not aware of until she came and made a complaint to our office after she went to the unit. We immediately had our maintenance vendor patch the roof, but she stated that we need to reimburse her for her lost goods because the value is less that her deductible on her insurance. As she did not purchase our TPP, we cannot file a claim and she would need to go through her own insurance. She has taken to various platforms to share her experience and have left multiple complaints.
