Super nice lady to deal with and I was very satisfied with the storage unit. Everything was dry, VERY minimal insects and no odors in clothing etc. Would definitely use this location in *********** again if needed!Storage Rentals of America

Site is clean ********* was helpful when explaining the difference between the climate controlled and drive up units. I was disappointed to find out they don't have a discount for retired military. Even told me the best way to stack to fit things inside of the 10x10 to help me save money.Storage Rentals of America

I was given very helpful and friendly service through the entire process of getting my unit rented, and that was the last time my experience was anything besides poor. I tried to call 5 times the first day I had my unit because the unit I was assigned was already in use. I was unable to get a hold of anyone because I guess the call center doesn't answer calls an hour before closing time. The next day it took another 3 calls to get someone who knew how to transfer calls without hanging up and I got my new unit. I inspected the unit after I removed the green tag on the latch and then I found it to have quite a few mud wasp nests that I figured I could spray at night so I unloaded my truck in 95f+ and when I tried to close the door to the unit and lock it, the mechanism was broken in a way that made the lock useless. It was a handle with nothing to lock to. When I called and explained my issue and frustration that I not only had gone through all the aforementioned issues, but now (still) had to load my truck back up, and all the representative had to say was "what is the number of the supposed unit number?" As I was walking around I noticed that some other units had green tags and those units also had broken latches. That was when inrealized they gave me a known broken unit after giving me one that was taken by someone else. At this point I said I quit and demanded a refund that took another 3 calls for a total of 11 calls with this nightmare of a company. They stated they could not give me a refund the same day because it was not the same day I got my unit. Even though it was the same day I got my transfer and signed a new lease. Do yourself a favor and find a place with an office on site and real people. Nobody is taking care of these places that have nobody working them. I wish I could take stars away from this rating.Storage Rentals of America

When I first rented 2 units at the end of March, everything was great, the property manager was great but unfortunately she is no longer there due to medical reasons. One of my units ended up being broken into around the end of May and for several weeks I was calling and stopping by the office trying to find out what I needed to do. Police were called immediately when the break-in was noticed and pictures were taken of the unit. After several attempts of going to the office to turn into police report, I finally found someone there around the third week of June. She did tell me that the claims usually take a couple months and I understand that she had a lot going on as she is really nice but I called several times to check on the status of the claim and was informed that there had not been a claimed filed (until last week). Also I have stopped by the office several times to make a payment but the office was always locked and no one there. So now there have been late fees added and I keep getting further behind because they will not accept partial payments and I got injured and will need surgery so I don't have the income to pay in full. Oh and one of the reasons why I rented at this location is because it advertised 24 hours of surveillance, and there are two cameras pointed at my unit that was broken into but yet the detective said she couldn't get the camera footage when she requested it.Storage Rentals of America
