    I placed an order in March 2024 and the commitment was made that they could get the whole job done by June 1st. I made this request as a requirement for moving forward with the project. The salesmans exact words were "that will be no problem" so we scheduled the job and I placed a deposit. I began reaching out in Late April and May since I had not heard anything back. The salesman would not return any calls or texts. I called the office and did not get any calls or replies via email. Finally by the 3rd week of May, someone returned my call and said they could not complete the job by 6/1. I sent all of the texts and calls logs to the general manager so that he could help. He said there was nothing he could do. Apparently they are two different companies? I had given a 20% deposit but asked if I could cancel the job. They did not allow me to cancel even though I needed to travel during the months of Ju/Aug when they proposed installation. I asked to change one of the windows as an error was made on which one I wanted to change (Family rm vs. Bed rm) but no one would call back. They ordered the windows including the incorrect one. I request a $2,500 credit for the one installed incorrectly so that I can hire someone. job not complete until 8/5!1. a mess was left each day that we had to clean up. No one english speaking or who could communicate was ever sent to the job site. When the inspector for my city came he was very concerned with the quality of work that was in progress and the mess as well. He "had never seen anything like it". He needed someone to speak to so they called the office. 2. The project was supposed to take 2 days of work and it took 5 plus an extra day for the inspection closeout. I missed several work meetings and appointments as a result. This could have been planned much better.3. The team did not show up until 11am each day & left at around 7pm.4. Customers need to be warned not to believe their promises.

    The GM and Lead PM both visited the job site and proposed an ammicable solution.  They took everything very seriously.

    I was told that my final bill would be due in one year. When I called Dividend Financing they stated that there was no 1 year financing put in with the loan papers. Statewide specially told me this was one year same as cash. They either made a mistake or their salesman ***************** flat out lied to me. I am being charged $700 interest that I really dont have the money to pay. I was planning on paying the money that I owed WITHOUT interest.

    I had a chance to talk to Ms. **********;and ********'s Rep about her loan agreement with them. Unfortunately, per Divided and **************** credit, she was only given ******************************* full. She didn't realize that when she signed the loan agreement with Dividend. However, We at Statewide Windows and Doors are willing to work with ***** on this matter by splitting the interest fee of $375.00.  We are waiting for **************** answer to this.

    We hire a window company to replace our home windows and doors. First on a text message I asked to *******. if the windows would come with a screen, and they replied yes. When during installation I asked about this they stated that the message said windows and the sliding door windows does not count as windows and for that reason they would not install them. I accepted this since it is semantics and couldn't do anything about it. The called the building inspector twice and the inspection failed twice. They called me today 1/30/2024 stating that if we don't release their payment, they will be charging us extra money. with the excuse that the windows are substantially complete, and I needed to accept that. I told them that in ******* substantial completion entailed being approved by the city (which is not) and that the item would perform as stated on the drawings. I haven't heard back from them since that email. I have all this on email and can forward if you want.

    On July 13, 2023, Statewide Windows and Doors installed 13 hurricane impact windows in our home. Although the windows passed inspection, we discovered two of them would not stay up when we tried to open them after the weather cooled last week. The following day, we attempted to close them and noticed that one would not close tightly enough to allow it to be locked. We immediately contacted the company and left a message explaining the problem and requesting a call back. After receiving no response, we sent a text message with the same message. When we still did not hear back after a few days, (11/10/23) we went online to their ******** page and sent another message. Unfortunately, we received no response to that message either. We then clicked on the link provided and requested service. We received a reply saying someone would be in touch shortly, but that was a week ago. The night before last (11/15/23), we opened a different window and the following morning were unable to close and lock it. We sent another message yesterday (11/16/23) and still have not received a response. We would appreciate it if someone could contact us to let us know when they will be available to inspect our windows and tell us how they intend to proceed with repairing them.

    We got new hurricane windows and sliding doors put in a couple months ago. We spent ****** for them to do the job. They were late for the job and it was rushed in my opinion. They had to come back to fix the screens. Then we put in another request. The sliding doors are not on track and loose and they are not on correctly. They keep pushing us back and I just want my doors fixed

    The issue with Statewide is that they committed fraud. I ordered, approved and agreed to the price w/ the salesman (1) ***EL400 impact sliding door and (5) ***EL 100 impact windows as the original agreement reflects. He emailed me a revised agreement clarifying the time and amount of deposit which I requested to be included in the contract, but in addition, the brand of windows was also revised to an inferior product, Multimax without any discussion with me, knowledge or approval. The contract was esigned by me not consciously knowing that this switch was made, in a fraudulent manner. Fourteen months later, with tons of texts, emails, phone calls, I have endured installation of Multimax I did not approve, a bronze sliding door which I ordered white...removal of the bronze and replaced w/ a white door which does not align, close, has a gap, tons of protruding visible screw, horrendous installation and 2 panels of the door are warped as per the manufacturer ESW, 2 visits from the manufacturer, last one on 10/23,2023 with a report submitted to Statewide and myself requesting that the door and windows be replaced with the ***EL model I contracted and paid for. The contract was signed 9/ 23/2022, the windows&doors were installed in March 13, 2023, 2nd door replacement was installed on 6/23/2023. Resolution is to replace my windows and door with the ***EL 400 white door and ***EL 100 model bronze windows with a professional installer. For the first installation, my husband and I were out of state, we did not see the type of product installed. My husb. was in ******* in May 2023 said something is off with the style of the windows, especially the door. I was in ******* during the 2nd installation, told the company this is not what I ordered, does not look right. Not until I came now in Oct to my friend's condo, I referred him back in Jan to Statewide, I saw the difference in the windows&door, the model which I originally contracted for. I went digging in my emails and ..

    Option 1. We will be happy to order you covers that is needed for your Multimax Windows and Sliding Glass door. This will be properly done with Top Installer Manager as **** has mentioned to you in the call.  This will have to be order from ESW and once in. We will be happy to do the job for you.

    Option 2. If you would like to get what you wanted from the start which is Elite. We are willing to order all windows and Slider door for you. However, there will be a difference is cost that will need be paid in order to go this option. Keep in mind, this will be another ***** days to be made and shipped out. Once in, we are happy to do the job for you.

    I am rejecting this response because:Complete lies and fabrication as I responded back to Statewide's email with proof of evidence contradicting Dxxx statements.

    I will not accept anything less than what I agreed to purchase: 5 ES-EL 100 windows in bronze color, 1 ES-EL 400 sliding door in white color and repair of the balcony screen ripped by the 1st installers.

    Statewide revises the contracts hoping clients will not notice to meet their needs. How many customers have been burned and all went unnoticed?

    The issue has not been resolved with Statewide. I don't know why this complaint was closed.

    I did respond to their last response by rejecting their offer on the BBB website.

    They are offering to replace the windows with me paying additional $2500 in addition to what I paid for the same product that was agreed upon in September 2022. Plus, the balcony screen was ripped which I got a quote for $550 to repair.

    I did reply to their offer on the website and this issue is not resolved. Kindly open the case for satisfactory resolution.

    I purchased a 5 track hurricane sliding doors that's 3 glass panels 2 screen door panels due to supply issues it took a year from march 2022 to 2023 in July 5 2023 they came several times to during that week with not enough men when they finally installed the frame it only had 3 tracks they said the're aware of the mistake and not to worry they will manufacturea additional 2 track and add it next to the existing one that they were installing that was the first mistake insult to injury they placed it flush against the wall I kept calling no response when would I expect completion finally after calls left messages ****************** N/A manager ******************************* contacted me he told me b caused of the way hey in stalled the frame they can no longer install the additional tracks that I ordered and paid frond the 2 nine foot screen doors that they gave were useless can't be installed they offered me they take them off my hands and give me $100.00 I have photos and supporting docs I am looking for refund of $5,000.00 of the $10,500.00 They are crooks I now have project in my house unfinished 90 Days and won't answer calls texts or e-mails

    This contact person ***** is well aware of situation they are sounds like oh not aware of this order.

    In the attachment is the purchase not what I was promise not what I received instructing treat it and like I said before not fix and offered a refund of $100.00 on a $10,500.00 order they have my money and I am stuck with this mess order date was Macch 2022 more than a year later.

    What do I do next they will play around and not do a thing so what is next for me

    On February 6, 2023, I entered into a contract with Statewide to replace all of the windows and doors in our home for $50,000. The windows and doors were installed on May 5-6, 2023. After installation, I created a punchlist of remaining work to be completed for the crew chief. The punchlist consisted of four items: 1)the door stops were not delivered and installed with the sliding door in our dining room; 2)a piece of trim they installed on the outside of the first floor bathroom window was cut too small and a gap remained. A new piece of trim needs to be cut to replace the miscut piece; 3)the trim around the outside of the 2nd floor bathroom window was damaged during installation of the window. They attempted to repair it with caulking but got caulk on the siding The trim needs to be replaced and the siding cleaned; and 4)in caulking around the outside trim of the first floor bedroom window, a lot of caulk spilled onto the siding of the house. It needs to be cleaned. The install chief acknowledged that the four items needed to be done and promised to return in a week ( when they would be at a nearby job) to complete the punchlist. Based upon that promise I paid him the final installment on the $50,000 contract price. The crew did not return the following week to do the work. I called the Statewide production manager, ***************************** and emailed her the punchlist with pictures of the faulty work. She agreed to send a crew to come and complete the work. This was scheduled for July 12, 2023. No one came that day and ******************** did not return my calls. I received a note in August from one of Statewide's owners in early August saying he would make things right. Then I received a call from Statewide's new production manager, *************************** in mid-August asking if the work had been completed? I have left approximately ten messages with ************* informing her that the work hasn't been completed and asking her to call.

    If you are ever thinking about doing business with this company, I hope you read this review beforehand. They are deceitful, liars and outright criminals and I will tell you the inner workings about how the whole operation works. It is very sad, and starts with their salesperson *******************************. ****** represents himself as a family man who is relatable and cares about your project, this is a lie and he is not trustworthy. When he sold us our windows for $102k, we financed $75k through his finance company(service finance **** We were told by ****** that it would be 6 months no interest after inspection was completed on the job, but somehow started getting billed almost immediately although our job still has not passed inspection ( this has been going on for a year even though our job still is yet to be completed) This was a total lie and my family has now paid thousands of dollars in interest and my job has still not passed inspection (18 months later). I gave my deposit of $25k to statewide in January of 2022 and my job is still not complete. Statewide somehow schemed the finance company to pay them the other 80k and they have neglected me sense , even though my job was incomplete, and still is now over 17 months after signing the deal for my windows and doors. They are criminals and losers. I am paying the interest charges and principal on an incomplete job when ****** specifically told me, that I would pay nothing until everything was installed and inspected. There are some huge losers to name in this scheme, ********* (the big time ********** property manager and investor who owns the majority of statewide; ***************************** who is the general manager and hands on boss of the operation and (*******************************, the snake who goes into your home and lies to your face about how the company does business) I have paid in full for a job that has gone completely abandoned. I cannot sell my home because I have an open permit from this company and its costing me a fortune

    I want to start of by apologizing for how long its been taken to get your Final Inspection completed. I can assure you that our services department is working on reaching out with you soon to schedule a date for our tech to come by and complete this Final Inspection with you. I did speak with ************************ and they agreed, you had a promotion deal with them for the 6 Month interests free from July 2022 to Feb 2023. Per your contract with ******************* and their Respective explanation to me. The day SFN Rep calls a customer to confirmed a completion verification to release funds, and the customer agrees to it. Funding starts in 2-3 business days, and the start of the 6 month Interest free. In your case July 2022 to Feb 2023. Your Deposit was for $25,500 and your Loan with them is $76,500. The rep from Service Finance is not able to disclose with me if you did or didnt make payment yet. But, if you didnt. There could be a chance of interests added.However, they are asking you to please contact them at *************** and press option 5 to speak with their billing department that would be happy to help you with your contract with them.     I am rejecting this response because: There have been commitments to close my job and successfully complete permitting going all the way back to June. I have to leave this open until my inspection is completed successfully. I have been contacted and scheduled for the inspection on 9/29/23. I will work towards a resolution separately with service finance company.

    3/28/2023 Statewide windows and doors came to our home and gave us a $16,000.00 price for sliding doors to be installed in our lanai at our home. A signed contract below stating everything was included in the price of the door. After months of waiting they called us and stated that we needed to pay another $4,000 for concrete work that was already added in the job. It is very clearly written on the contract that all of these items are included in the pricing that was given to us at signing.The engineer that came out was sent to verify the job.A gentleman named *** came he stated to us he was not a licensed engineer and he would need to verify that all of the work being done was included, he proceeded to call the sales represetative **** to verify all was included. Satisfied with his conversion with the sales representative all the documents were correct. On 6/2/2023 ******** customer service Mgr. stated we could pay the $4,000.00 or we could cancel.But we would not get a full refund of $3600.00 they are keeping ******** for their service.In a nutshell we have a signed contract for $16,000 everything included and if we dont pay the extra $4,000.00 they are keeping a $******** of our money for their error!
