      MovingClaims.net is a scam company. We moved from ******** to *******. When we unpacked our 75" tv, the whole left said was shattered. Also, our Playstation no longer worked. I contacted MovingClaims.net and went through the most horrific, anguish causing back and forth email chain imaginable. I BEGGED them to have a supervisor or anybody actually call me so that I can actually SPEAK to someone. Never happened. Their offer to me for the items was $169! They do this to EVERYONE, look up their reviews. This company is begging for a Class Action!

Upon full examination of the submitted documents our findings are forwarded to the responsible party (moving company). 
      Here at Moving Claims Services (CSI - ********************), we take pride in being the most experienced provider of claims processing, administrative services, online reputation, consulting and customer support to the ********************** industry nationwide. With more than 15 years of experience, our expertise extends to literally every aspect of the business, from managing major moving companies to providing consulting and services in claims processing. 
      For guaranteed quality assurance, we serve as a liaison between the customers and their service providers (Moving Companies). We reach out to all customers after their move is concluded to assure customer satisfaction. We inquire about their needs being met, if not exceeded, providing them with a survey and collecting their input accordingly.       This company is a scam They try to wait for 4 or 5 months hoping you forget about it. They do not have a business license is the **************** - look them up on Sunbiz.org, *********************** claims to be a supervisor while a guy named "****" is the one who responds by text. They are a scam! Networld Enterprises *** went belly up in Sept 2020 and they changed their name but did not get a new business license. They are operating without a business license so you can't *** them. All of their phone numbers are just burner cell phones they don't answer - ************ ************ ************ ************(**** cell he text from)Moving companies use them as a front to solve is***s when all they will do is drag it out beyond the statue of limitations so you cannot file lawsuits.       I am rejecting this response because:

      This again is false information.  Claims Services International, *** (csipros.org) is not the same company as Moving Claims Services.  I spoke with a gentleman named ***** who said they were not the same company and that CSI also does not service the moving company I used.  I also spoke to a Mr. ********************** who is there internal legal consultant, and he said they are not the same company, not a DBA, and have no affiliation with Moving Claims Services.  CSI's phone number ************ and can be called to verify this.

      So again, Moving Claims Services is a fake company, they do not have a business license in the ****************.  And again, to show their fraud, yesterday they sent me a text from one of their unregistered, pre-paid cellphones saying I needed to speak to ***********************.  Shortly after that, a "****" called me (call log attached) to say that there is no person name *********************** and that I should never call them again.  Then they sent me an email saying their email is no longer working -- but they sent the email from the email they said is not working (screen shot attached).  Does this sound like the business operations of a company that is legitimate.  last thing - the business address they have listed is a medical building, zoned for medical use, that currently has dentist and chiropractors in it.  Look up up address.  Its not hard to see. 

      Complete and total scam company with fake names, fake addresses, no business license, and no *********************** to be someone they are not.  This complaint should 100% stay as they have offered no proof to the contrary, but rather now claim to be a different business that they're not.

      After speaking with ********************* (probably a fake name) who claims to be the most senior person at Moving Claims, on Friday, April 5th, during a phone conversation he recorded(or claims to have), he states very clearly that they Moving Claims in not a 3rd party provider and that they work directly for the moving companies, the moving companies pay all Moving Claims fee, and in doing so they do not have nor do not need a business license in the **************** - which again is false information.   Please call ********************* so he can explain it to you  ************

      We are trying unsuccessfully to file a claim with United Regions *** Lines Moving Company for lost and damaged items in a move July 1 or 3 from ******* to ******** to no avail. I have handwritten the documents they required (could not do online) and sent them via registered mail and have received signed receipt. They keep telling me they have not received them. I registered this with them Jan. 18, ***************************************************** same thing and to check with **. I did what I was told to do, sent to address they sent me and they accept no responsibility. They are in ** and I am in **. What are we to do? Since this was started over 2 months ago with ******************************************************** and I have received my return that the papers were delivered March 8, I do not know what else to do. This is preventing me from filing our claim against moving Co. They are now insulting me by asking if I read my emails? And I answered everyone but they keep telling me they haven't received them. I have signed receipt from registered mail. I would appreciate any and all help. Time is of the essence. I cannot upload; anything as I don't know how. Thank you

      I do not know how to send anything online and the reason I requested to send documents in regular mail.  Moving claims did send me the forms and I returned them completely filled out with pictures via registered mail with return signature required. I have received this back from PO in ******* where I was told to mail them. I sent them a picture of reg mail and signature of agent who signed for them. I am not responsible for their response of not getting them. Once again, I did exactly as I was instructed. They need to look for them in ******* where they were delivered. I dont know what else I can do at my end. This whole move has been a nightmare and I would sincerely like to end it. I need any and all help to end this.

      We used MovingWise to move us from ** to ** in May 2023. The agreed claim amount for any damages per the moving agreement and Bill of Lading was .60 per pound per article. When it came time to file a claim, MovingWise directs you to MovingClaims to coordinate the claims. We submitted paperwork (pictures, description of damage, etc.) to MovingClaims for 12 items. The first 3 furniture items alone weigh approximately 350 in total which would equate to a claim of $210 (350*.60). The remaining items brought my proposed requested claim to $300. I then proposed a settlement amount of $200. They responded with a proposed settlement of $79 with no explanation as to how this amount was determined. After reading all of the negative reviews, it is obvious that this is a fraudulent entity and scam.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      MovingWise is the moving provider.  MovingWise sends ALL CLAIMS REQUESTS to MovingClaims who are not acting in accordance with the agreement in settlement of the claim.  The agreement (Bill of Lading) stipulates that damages will be covered on a per pound/per article rate of .60/LB.  Attached is documentation showing that in just 4 of the original 12 items claimed, total weight is 353lbs X .60 = $212.  MovingClaims say they are acting in accordance with the customers coverage and federal law, however, that does not appear to be the case.

      Additional items would have increased this amount and my request is to settle for $200 which is reasonable given the damages.

      It is impossible to request a settlement from the service provider Moving Wise as they just refer that all claims are to be submitted to Moving Claims.  It is up to Moving Claims to take the documentation which I have provided to Moving Wise ....otherwise this becomes a vicious circle of Moving Claims pointing the finger at Moving Wise and vice versa.  Please take the documentation recently provided to Moving Wise as I have provided all necessary documentation and a proposed settlement.

      You said it yourself that you have responsibility between both parties to ensure that claims are settled in accordance with the moving documentation.

      I do not understand how you can close this complaint? The company is clearly not providing the service that they should be in resolving this claim.  I have provide more than enough information to validate my claim which they have not passed onto the services provider.  Just because a company states their position, it does not mean that it is right and in the best interest of the consumer.

      I have a separate complaint with the moving company as well. My complaint with Moving Claims is that I do not receive a response to my emails unless I send a follow up email. This process started on December 19th and is still not resolved. There have been 6 emails I sent that were not responded to until I sent another email asking for a response. I also have asked in 5 separate emails for an itemized breakdown of the settlement offer and have not received the details.

      This is the exact offer I originally received with the same amount of details (none), which is not satisfactory. It does not provide a breakdown of the settlement offer for each missing and damaged item. Specifically for the treadmill and damage caused to my house by the movers carrying the treadmill. I paid an extra $150 fee for them to move treadmill and believe I should be reimbursed for that in addition to the damage it caused. This is on top of the other missing and damaged items.

      ******************* did not deliver all of my boxes, it was stated they were lost or delivered to anther person. No attempt was made by them to find the boxes. Additionally, there were a lot of damaged and missing items that were delivered. Subsequently, I filed a claim in September 2023 with Moving Claims Services and they wanted me to settle for $65.00. I had to have the settlement of claim document notarized too. My lost/missing goods are well over that amount. I repeatedly asked for a breakdown of how they came to the $65, to no avail. In reading other complaints, this seems to be a common theme with this company. I am now on my second month of repeatedly asking them to send me a breakdown and a copy of my loss/damaged items. I cannot access my claim to view all of the items that I submitted as loss/damaged. There is one customer service number to call. When you speak to a rep, they merely pass along the information to Moving Claims and you receive an email that has nothing to do with the actual request. In reviewing other complaints, it is clear this company is part of the scam in FL. As other movers have stated they have lost valuable items worth well over their settlement. It is unconscionable they have can stay in business. Clearly they are working for the moving companies and not us, their customers. They do not have our best interest in mind. The game of delay, no response, and mere pennies for our goods has to end. To the person who said they are filing a class action lawsuit, please count me in.

      I do not see where I can respond to the businesses response. Please forward or let me know where I can respond to them on the website. 

      This is a complaint about Moving Claim Services. I have requested on numerous occasions to have access to my information that I input in to the claim as it relates to loss/damaged items. I continually get emails that are not addressing the issue. I merely want an excel spreadsheet/word document or a link for me to download the information. When I try to open the claim it is not allowing me to do so. Otherwise I would have done it myself. I do not understand why your company will not provide me the information. Additionally, no information was provided to me as to how the calculation of $65 was made on my claim of over 1000's of dollars of lost and damaged items.

      I have repeatedly asked for my information I submitted in the claim to be sent to me. I want the items I listed as damaged/loss along with the original value and replacement value I submitted. I am unable to retrieve the information through their website. I have asked for a link for me to retrieve the information, to no avail. I have asked for an excel spreadsheet or word document of the items I listed, to no avail. It cannot be that hard to honor this request. It is a simple cut and paste job!


      Secondly, I have repeatedly asked for the calculations as to how they came up with $65 for the claim when I outlined thousand of dollars in loss/damaged items. No information regarding this calculation has ever been sent to me. $65 is unacceptable given the amount I have incurred in replacing the items that were damaged or loss.

      On August 24, 2023, a 23-page completed "Claims Procedure Package" was submitted to Moving Claims via their designated website for extensive damages to property by Moving Depot LLC, another business that seems to be affiliated with Moving Claims.Pursuant to the process outlined in the confirmation email sent by Moving Claims on August 24, 2023, it stated verbatim: "Please accept this ACKNOWLEDGMENT EMAIL that Moving Claims is in receipt of your CLAIM PROCEDURES PACKAGE. We are examining all documents related to your account and a written response will be sent to you within 30 - 60 Days from the date of this email."As of the submission of this complaint, 174 days has passed - approx. 6 months - NOT 60 days of the high end of the time range in their acknowledgment email and receipt provided on submission; to-date there is still NO response to the submitted claims nor delivery of a check for the damages. Each request for status via email yields the same non-response. In the most recent request for status in Feb ****, Moving Claims informs claimant has to re-confirm the submission made approx. 6 months ago via a link; this is regardless that claimant has not made any new submissions since Aug-24-2023 nor requested any changes. This alleged re-confirmation is a bid to restart the clock on an already 6-month delayed claims. Naturally a request for an explanation for the deviation to re-confirm an unchanged claims went unanswered. In the last email to Moving Claims, they were given notice that if the artificially protracted lack of address of the claim continues, action will be taken to address their willful negligence, unethical practices, stonewalling of payment/reimbursement for extensive damages to property shared approx. 6 months ago. Moving Claims chose not to change course.This BBB complaint is properly submitted to engender corrective action and a downgrade of this business' ranking for willful and repeat misconducts, which are not isolated incidents.

      Please see the three (3) attachments. The Claims Processing was NOT initiated with the moving company; it was initiated with Moving Claims, an intermediary for claims with carriers. Their website was used with submission of the claims documentation on August 23, 2024.

      Please note the fine print in the signature of the Feb-13-2024 attached email from Moving Claims, is the exact same message or disclaimer pasted in their response to BBB to somehow allege they are not the ones that claimant has been dealing with for approx. 6 months. It is unfortunate that a so-called ethical business will blatantly misrepresent that they have not been dealing with claimant to subvert a valid complaint with the BBB, with proof of interactions dating back to August 2023. This should inform BBB of what claimant is having to deal with to-date.

      Following the submission of the complaint to BBB, Moving Claims followed with another email to request claimant "confirm" no other claims. Claimant confirmed no further claims relative to the communicated damages multiple times on and after August 2023. Given the pendency of this complaint and the ongoing lack of a response to those claims, claimant cannot be coerced to absolve Moving Claims of any and all future claims for their negligence and willful protraction of claims that claimant, in good faith, followed processes and promptly submitted.

      Pursuant to the process, outlined in documents signed online upon completion and submission of the Claims Process Package on August 24, 2023, it stated verbatim:

      "We are examining all documents related to your account and a written response will be sen[t] to you within ***** days from the date of this email."

      In the same confirmation, Moving Claims states verbatim: "In most cases settlement checks are mailed within a week or two from the date the carrier receives the signed release from us."

      Moving Claims has yet to specifically respond as to whether:

      (a) They have sent the signed release to the carrier, almost 6 months to the date of receiving the completed Claims Process Package, re-affirmed as complete via email in Feb 2024.

      (b) Which part of their documented process states there will be no response within ***** days from Moving Claims.

      The link claimant was asked to click was alleged as a bid to re-confirm already submitted claims documentation for which claimant had not made any changes. When challenged, Moving Claims alleged the link was a bid for claimant to confirm "satisfaction" with the Claims Process Package submitted on August 24, 2023; claimant re-confirmed and re-affirmed via email, attached as proof in the prior rejection of the first response by Moving Claims. Any bid to get claimant to agree to not pursue other recourse for damages that the carrier may choose not to address is not legal, under any jurisdiction of the US.  It behooves Moving Claims, selected by the carrier as the intermediary for claims, to encourage the carrier to reimburse claimants for damages to property for which they paid insurance directly to the carrier, to minimize their liability rather than try to restrain claimants before to stiff them.

      For the foregoing reasons, and more, including the fact that Moving Claims only admitted to dealing with claimant, after misrepresenting the complaint is misplaced, when attachments/proof of interactions were shared by complaint in the first rejection response. No ethical business would use BBB platform to make blatant misrepresentations that they are not the right business.

      In summary, Moving Claims (per their own documented process) are required to:

      (a) Give the release to the carrier to allow for the settlement check issuance; and

      (b) Within 45 days of the release by Moving Claims, claimant should reasonably in receipt of a settlement check from the carrier.

      Closure of this BBB complaint, without the above completed, would not signify resolution of the legitimate BBB complaint against Moving Claims.

      This company is quite clearly part of the Broker/Mover scam currently plaguing innocent, hard working people just trying to move their belongings. Our broker was ******************************************* Mover was Moving ************* after a nightmare scenario of hostage of our belonging, overcharging, and bad math our belongings were delivered to our new house. Not entirely true, about half of our belongings were delivered, most of the valuables like name brand tools, gaming systems, antique tables were done. What did arrive was damaged, broken, wet, or covered in diesel fuel. I was sent to this company to file a claim. You can only submit tiny files in very specific forms, making it extremely difficult to upload photos. I submitted proof the only delivered half my things (driver forgot to remove a printed out sheet from a table). They came back with a great offer of $119 if I release all liability, oh and get it notorized. Literally not worth the effort since the notary service will take up most of the claim. I paid for .60 per pound, thats not even the air compressor the company stole I had to replace. I was charged for ****cuft, delivered proof they only brought ****cuft. That alone is thousands of dollars. The company uses a gmail account to communicate and is not a real company. I will not be releasing liability and cant wait to see what their role is and how much money they got in discovery when I *** these companies out of existence!

      I am rejecting this response because: the complaint is regarding this companies complicit actions in defrauding consumers in direct relationship with both fraudulent shipping companies and brokers. Their website is extremely difficult to use, you can only upload small files that must be merged together in a format that is basically impossible. Even when you submit proof of damages/misconduct by the shipping company, you will get a claim amount of around $100, that you have to have notarized, making the entire process negative financially. This companies main product is claim REDUCTION on behalf of the shipping company. They are their customer, not the poor user who was stolen from. This company blames their system for poor claim results, meaning in is difficult ON PURPOSE so that shipping companies can get away with theft of thousands of dollars while paying out $100 bucks in claims.       I am rejecting this response because:

      The company can deny their part in this criminal enterprise all they want, but the consumer needs to know they work on behalf of the deliver company and broker, not you! Their entire system is to reduce claims, meaning they allow the criminal enterprise to continue to steal from you without recourse. They are not on your side and they cannot give any details of their system but to conveniently blame it for the poor claim. Class action lawsuit is in progress and they have been served their demand letter, please reach out to me if you too have been scammed by this company!

      Moving Claims is the company I was referred to; to file a claim from a move with ** Interstate and Rail. As it turns out they are not an insurance company and all they offer is a website with a form to fill out for household goods. They do not have the capacity to resolve the issue of extortion, elder abuse, corrosion, theft and punitive damages. In fact, they only offer 60 cents per pound for the items broken and left behind. ** Interstate and Rail are criminals. They uncharged ** after loading 75% of our possessions, took a credit card payment and then left us with a full garage! All of our tools, camping, grandchildren furniture, family photo albums going back 30 years. Then at the delivery they held our possessions hostage and demanded another $10,000.00, or they would keep everything we own. 60 cents a pound is just more abuse, we are seniors, and my husband is disabled. ** Interstate and Rail are abusive criminals and Moving Claims works for them and will do nothing to help the consumer!

      I am rejecting this response because: ************ is useless as they do not begin to address the financial damages I sustained. ** Interstate and Rail owes me $30,505.30 and I want this company to leave me alone!! They are unethical, they are hounding me to take $75.00. The man on the phone threatened me, please tell them to leave me alone. I tried to let them know that I do not require their services, but they keep pressing me to notarize a settlement! It is a free country, and I will not settle with ** Interstate and Rail through this venue, EVER!!

      I submitted a claim to Moving Claims for my move from Georgia to ********* earlier this year. The claim included three components: damages, overcharge, and general complaints. The initial settlement offer addressed damages only and offered an absurdly low amount of $87 (the move itself cost me over $11000). I disputed the settlement amount and again provided documentation to support the three components of my claim. The second settlement offer again addressed damages only and offered an additional $50. Despite the dispute link at the bottom of the second settlement email, I was just informed that Moving Claims is unable to consider a second dispute.Moving Claims failed to review all of the information I provided and they failed to respond to two components of my claim (overcharge and general complaints). They have also repeatedly failed to respond to my requests for customer support. After my initial ******************** submittal was determined by Moving Claims to be incomplete, I requested a copy of my initial claim submittal on 9/1/2023. I received a response on 9/2/2023 stating I will look into this and get back to you but I never received any additional support. I made a second request, but never received a response. I also requested a status update on 9/1/2023 but never received a response.
