      I hired **************** out of *****, ** to move the my personal goods from ******** to ******* in December 2021. I was told my items would be loaded at my home in ******** and shipped directly to my new home in *******. I was not told **************** was a broker. They sold my move to ******************* aka MSN Logistics out of ************* and ***** **. It took MSN 3 trips to load my items which was the equivalent of about a 1 car garage in volume. They delivered my items in early January but only about half. It took another 3 weeks to get the remaining items but several items were missing or damaged. The second delivery driver stole items from me and the owner of MSN Logistics knew the driver was a thief because he was fired after my move. The owner of MSN Logistics told me to file a claim for the $1000s of dollars of damage and missing items with their insurance company. After spending significant time on the claim I get offered $60. MSN Logistics, Imperial Freight and the insurance company Moving Claims should not be permitted to operate a business. There are numerous complaints filed with the BBB against all.Desired Settlement:$3000 for damages, missing items and stolen items.

      Moving Claim Services (MCS) is a third party claims company hired by moving company's in order to provide claims processing services, free of charge to its customers who may have experienced Loss, Damage, Delay, or Overcharge during their relocation, in accordance with the customers coverage and federal law. All claims are processed based on all information submitted by the claimant as well as their service provider (moving company). Upon full examination of the submitted documents our findings are forwarded to the responsible party (moving company).
      Here at Moving Claim Services (MCS), we take pride in being the most experienced provider of claims processing, administrative services, online reputation, consulting, and customer support to the ********************** industry nationwide. With more than 25 years of experience, our expertise extends to literally every aspect of the business,from managing major moving companies to providing consulting and services in claims processing.
      For guaranteed quality assurance,we serve as a liaison between the customers and their service providers (Moving Companies). We reach out to all customers after their move is concluded to assure customer satisfaction. We inquire about their needs being met, if not exceeded, providing them with a survey and collecting their input accordingly. Once we collect that information, should we discover the customer is in any way displeased or unsatisfied with the services theyve received we begin to seek resolution on behalf of their moving company, the responsible party. We understand how unforeseen, unfortunate events can take place so we focus on providing a hassle-free, convenient process for customers to file customer service complaints or ********************** for loss and damage when the unpredictable should happen. 
      Upon the submission of a claim and/or complaint by a customer, ********************** (MCS) collects information from both the carriers (moving company) as well as their customers in order to determine settlement amounts per the carriers legal liability as detailed in the carriers governing **** of Lading and applicable tariff and in conjunction with federal law. Please note, while we regret when any customer is unsatisfied with the settlement rendered, please understand that Moving Claim Services (MCS) is not the responsible party for the outcome of the customer ********************.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I have many corporate moves with major moving companies. With an international move I had 90+ items damaged or destroyed. With this move, in addition to damage I had items stolen and/or lost. Moving Claims is the insurance company I had to file a claim with. They come back offering me $60 to cover $1000s of loss and then claim they have no responsibility or accountability. As others have stated in their complaints against Moving Claims they are a scam of an insurance company. I do not accept their response that they have no responsibility.

      I am rejecting this response because: This whole move as been a scam and con job.  I accept Moving Claims is just a claims processor but even their on-line system makes it very difficult to file a claim.  They are in business to make it appear there is a process to recover damages from moving companies.  

      I have had many corporate relocation moves including international but with national known movers.  On my relocation back to the US from Europe I had over 90 items damaged or destroyed.  The process to resolve was easy and quick.  Moving Claims is useless and again a scam to make it appear there is a process to recover damages from moving companies.

      It's disgusting to deal with companies and people like this.

      I am rejecting this response because:  Moving Claims is scam.  MSN Logistics told me to file a claim with their insurance company:  Moving Claims.  They intentionally make their site difficult to submit a claim and are the only one to communicate with on my claim.  No one involved has accepted accountability for stolen items, damaged items and the nightmare of dealing with ****************, MSN Logistics and Moving Claims.  I have over $3000 in damages and $1000s from lost time dealing with this issue.

      USPRO ************ had them to move my funiture from ********** to ******* **, once all funiture was moved in and the mover were getting ready to leave i notice my marble table tops had been broken on both tables, these were very expensive tables and cant be replace. was able to stop the movers before they left and was told to file a claim which i did but cant reach anyone to followup, movers where very inconsiderate and wasnt going to tell me they were broken
