Um they ****. Along with the movers that were hired for me on behalf of a moving brokerage, Beyond Moving transportation. I understand they exist just to process claims but my couch was completely ruined and yet that didn't become part of the "weight" insurance reimbursement I had for my move. The movers lost upwards of $3000 worth of my belongings as well so I was hopeful I'd at least get compensation for the weight of said ruined couch. Moving is exhausting and this is another terrible company to deal with in the process. They offered me $66 in which I had to get notarized to receive. So basically I'd get $40 for my $1000 couch and all of my other lost belongings. Total joke. Then I love seeing their staple response they give to everyone to say that they're basically not responsible for sh**. So cool thanks for nothing. I'm sure all of the horrible moving companies will continue to use you so they can also scam people out of money. If only people could do their jobs correctly.Moving Claim Services

Moving Claim Services (MCS) is a third party claims company hired by moving company's in order to provide claims processing services, free of charge to its customers who may have experienced Loss, Damage, Delay, or Overcharge during their relocation, in accordance with the customer’s coverage and federal law. All claims are processed based on all information submitted by the claimant as well as their service provider (moving company). Upon full examination of the submitted documents our findings are forwarded to the responsible party (moving company). Here at Moving Claim Services (MCS), we take pride in being the most experienced provider of claims processing, administrative services, online reputation, consulting, and customer support to the moving industry nationwide. With more than 25 years of experience, our expertise extends to literally every aspect of the business, from managing major moving companies to providing consulting and services in claims processing. For guaranteed quality assurance, we serve as a liaison between the customers and their service provider’s (Moving Companies). We reach out to all customers after their move is concluded to assure customer satisfaction. We inquire about their needs being met, if not exceeded, providing them with a survey and collecting their input accordingly. Once we collect that information, should we discover the customer is in any way displeased or unsatisfied with the services they’ve received we begin to seek resolution on behalf of their moving company, the responsible party. We understand how unforeseen, unfortunate events can take place so we focus on providing a hassle-free, convenient process for customers to file customer service complaints or claims for loss and damage when the unpredictable should happen. Upon the submission of a claim and/or complaint by a customer, Moving Claim Services (MCS) collects information from both the carriers (moving company) as well as their customers in order to determine settlement amounts per the carrier’s legal liability as detailed in the carrier’s governing Bill of Lading and applicable tariff and in conjunction with federal law. Please note, while we regret when any customer is unsatisfied with the settlement rendered, please understand that Moving Claim Services (MCS) is not the responsible party for the outcome of the customer claim. We are not an insurance, moving nor repair company, we simply process claims/complaints. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by the customer’s service provider (moving company). Upon reviewing the customer’s complaint, it is CLEARLY not addressing our services and involvement in this process. Based on the information provided by the customer, their complaint is against the responsible party, which is their moving company NOT Moving Claim Services (MCS), which is the Claims processing company for their moving company. Due to Moving Claim Services (MCS) being wrongfully accused, we request to have the above referenced complaint removed from our records, and transferred to the respective party who is responsible, as it proposes an undeserving threat to our reputation, considering the services we provide are not related to the customer complaint. This is a very dishonest business. They work with moving companies to help with customer experiences of losing their items, Or damaged materials. I went through the whole process of filling out the claims forms and completed them. I even went and had them notarized as requested. They then sent me back a form stating I was going to get a certain amount of money from the moving company. Six months later I still have yet to receive a dime, moving claims has done nothing to assist in collecting the money. The moving company says theyre not paying anything and will not talk to me anymore. By the way this is ****************** do not use them. They will steal your items and not pay you a dime on your claim.Moving Claim Services

Upon reviewing their response it is clear that that do not help the customers. I have sent numerous emails to moving claims services and have received no help. The sent me paperwork to fill out and even get notprized which I did. They say they will help but all they did was have me complete the paperwork and tell me my movers agreed to the settlement. At no time have they assisted in getting the moving company to pay. I am without my belongings and the money to reimburse me.Review fromDora M

This company and the moving company that is associated with this claims office are all scams. I have been trying to get them to Seattle a claim from December. There systems doesn’t support the amount of documents you need to submit. They Destroyed more than half of our stuff, lost many stuff and damaged a Harley Davidson motorcycle they transported. They even had the nerve to bring an office desk that was broken in pieces. They literally delivered junk to us. AA plus moving company is a joke they don’t care about anything other than getting you to sign because if you back out you still pay a good chunk. And they sublet to a moving truck named Earnest moving and storage out of Florida. They are not any better. Consumer be aware.Moving Claim Services
