    I ordered a part for a 19** ****** ********** 4x4 for the headlights and they use the ****** part number and what did I get when I got it two pieces of foam that are way oversized have no idea where they got the idea that this was like the original ****** part I will be falling a complaint with **** but they state that they do not pay for return shipping or the shipping that I had to pay I will never order from the people again and I will never order anything where I have to pay the shipping but the bottom line is the parts not even correct they're scamming people trying to think we'redumb.

This part is designed for certain Yamaha models, including the *******, but it is not the correct part for the 19** ****** ********** ***. The correct part number for your specific vehicle would be ***************, which has unfortunately been discontinued by Yamaha and is no longer available.
    Since the order was placed through **** without contacting us for fitment assistance, we fulfilled the order based solely on the part number you selected. In cases like this—where the part ordered does not fit the intended application—we do accept returns, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
    We always recommend that customers reach out before purchasing if they are unsure about fitment, especially when dealing with discontinued or model-specific parts. We’re happy to help identify the correct part whenever possible.

    Can see a patern.....never ever is their fault. Never an acknowledgement, always someone else's fault.
    My order was my fault , their schedule is my fault , they looking at my email after they shipped was my fault. The last email was just somewhat happens . Never a sincere apology, not for me nor anyone . Just look at all the reviews with problems . Thats what customers mean to them

    Your order was placed online after business hours and paid through ******. Shortly afterward, you emailed us requesting a change to the shipping address. Unfortunately, by the time your message was received, the order had already been processed for shipment. Additionally, ****** requires us to ship to the address provided with the transaction in order to maintain compliance with their seller protection policies.
    While our agent explained this policy and noted that a refund would be issued if the package was returned, a supervisor ultimately processed a full refund as a courtesy, without waiting for the package to be returned.
    We regret that this situation caused frustration and want to assure you that we take customer concerns seriously. Your feedback has been shared with our team, and we’re always working to improve how we communicate and serve our customers.

    The diagrams and parts do not match the descriptions. I put on my bike and opened up the exploded diagram for the headlight. It was easy because the part was linked right in the diagram. After waiting almost a week, even with express shipping (there was a holiday), the part isn't even for the right bike, and it is just the wiring. They returned the cost of the part but not the shipping, and did not offer to help me find the right part.

    We have reviewed the interaction with out agents. It appears the incorrect part was ordered without the assistance of one of our parts technicians, due to this, the shipping would not be refunded. The part ordered was for an ATV, not the **** *******. Our agents did provide diagrams to the correct model and parts.

    Have ordered atleast 20 items at this point over the last 5 years. The only issue I have ever had is the length of time it can take for out of stock parts to be received from the manufacturer but this typically happens in the off-season and in my opinion is no fault of Partzilla.
    Very happy customer.

    Parts diagrams are world class and made it easy to find parts for my 40 year old quad. The parts came nicely packaged and individually wrapped in factory suzuki bags. And at a better price than ******! That's not an easy feat.

    I ordered a part and paid extra for expedited shipping and it didnt even ship till the day it was due, and they said they wouldnt do anything for me. I explained how it gave me the delivery date and everything. so they ripped me off and still havent received my part. Horrible customer service and they wont honor their mistake or refund the service i paid for!!

    Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent order. We have reviewed your order and show the item was not in stock at the time the order was placed. The item was ordered from the manufacturer and received on 04/21/25 and was shipped the same business day. The package was delivered on the 2nd business day on 04/23/25.


    Our expedited shipping is a 1-3 business day delivery time frame after the order has shipped. This time frame does not include the time it takes to receive parts in from the manufacture if they are not in stock at the time of purchase. . We do apologize for any delays and hope to do business with you in the future.
