    I gave one star because there's no option for zero, twice I've paid extra for expedited delivery, twice they ripped me off, that's stealing no matter how you look at it, that'll be my last order with them and I'll make sure I let anyone else know that may do business with them

    We have reviewed your two recent orders and found that there was indeed a delay with the carrier on both of these orders. Due to this, we have issued a full shipping refund on both orders. While one order did already have a partial shipping refund, we have refunded the remaining shipping on that order as well. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refunds to appear in your account. We sincerely apologize for the carrier delays you have experienced.

    I absolutely love partzilla. They always have everything that I need and the best part is it’s OEM quality parts that you don’t have to worry about being some cheap knock offs. They sell high-quality parts with cheap shipping and in some cases free shipping. They have exceptionally fast shipping, I have purchased Lots of parts from them overtime and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. This is an excellent company with high-quality staff. I’ve spoken to the Customer Service representatives multiple times and they’re always extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to always do business with this company.
    I have completely restored and rebuilt, multiple jet skis using OEM parts through Partzilla, and at the end of the day, it wasn’t even that expensive because I was able to order everything down to the last nut bolt and Washer that I needed, it saved me so much time and energy.

    Paid for expedited shipping from Partzilla.com.
    Their 3rd party vendor shipped it ground.
    Before delivery, had them commit to issuing a return label because I was able to find a vendor who would provide next day delivery on the same part.
    Once the product did arrive, many days late, I used the pre-arranged return label.
    Once the product was returned to the 3rd party vendor, I received a refund for less than what I originally paid. Refund should have been for the total out of pocket cost of doing business with partzilla.com, which actually cost me more than just the cost of the part if you consider lost production because of non-delivery, rescheduling customers, and my customer trust/credibility factor. I will never purchase from partzilla.com again. I will purchase from a vendor who has control over shipping product and who I can trust will do right when things go sideways.
