1 starWish I could give it no stars. Ordered a part on July 23rd and paid for expedited shipping that stated 3-4 business days. Well it's been 4 days and the part was just now shipped on July 28th. I called customer service and she said that the expedited shipping is for 3-4 days AFTER the part ships. That makes no sense. Usually when you pay for expedited shipping that mean you will get your product 3-4 business days once you place your order. They are so bague on their website. Our part was in stock when I placed the order and then we get an email stating it will be available ON July 28th. So do they not even stock parts? SO frustrating. When you pay for rush shipping that implies urgency not getting your part almost 2 weeks later. Why pay for rush shipping then? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! TOALLY SKETCHY!!Review fromBrian H

1 starOrdered a oil pressure switch on **** *** 2023 that was reported as "in stock". Received an email from Partzilla saying the part was back ordered and they would not have it to ship until **** **. I emailed Partzilla customer service on the morning of the *** of July asking them to cancel my order and to refund my payment method. At 1:56am on Saturday July *** I receive an email from Partzilla saying my order has shipped and finally I receive a response from customer service at 9:45am on the 8th saying they are unable to cancel my order because the order has shipped. The moral of the story is "Don't trust Partzilla when they state in stock" and if you want your order shipped asap, just ask for them to cancel the order. I will gladly give my business elsewhere as those that run a business this way do not deserve business at all. Best of luck and hope this review helps.Partzilla.com

1 starI've enjoyed ordering parts from partsilla in the pasked ultimately. I don't believe they have a warehouse. I believe they ordered direct from the distributor here and lies the problem. They claim that parts are in stock. After calling to check up on the delay I was briefly and quickly told that my order would be canceled and the customer service representative hung up the phone on me. customer service sucks.Partzilla.com

1 starDo not buy from them. Ordered parts and paid for rush delivery. I still have not seen my parts or know where they are almost 2 weeks later. Customer service is non-existent bc they do not have answers to most questions. I stated by other people I see they use mail innovations to ship parts which do not promise a delivery date, even if you pay for rush delivery. Find someone else to buy your atv parts from. This place is a joke. Also, good luck getting a refund bc they blame everything on *** and **** for losing parts so they don't have to refund you the money.Review fromEric S

1 starAbsolute worst in shipping despite advertising "fast shipping". Nope. I live in CA and the tow parts are being shipped from NV - neighboring states. Ordered two parts. -both listed as available and in stock. Two weeks later, inquire as to why not received, told one of the parts was suddenly on "back order." I ask that they at least ship out the part in stock. They charge me an additional $8.00.
We are now over a week since I paid the additional shipping fee and I find Partzilla used "UPS Surepost" the cheapest most inefficient method available - UPS gives the part to USPS. What??? Why, one state over?? The UPS tracking states "no delivery date available. The back order part has now been shipped as well and guess which method used - yep, UPS Surepost.
Look at reviews here - the same story over and over. And read Partzilla's reasons that ring hollow. Stay far away from Partzilla.Review fromW. N.

1 starAbsolute worst.
Paid for parts shown in stock only to find out days later they were not. Two weeks later the parts are finally in stock and shipped using UPS Mail Innovations, by far the worst shipping service available. Nearly a month has passed since my initial order and the expected delivery date has come and gone and I still have no idea where my order/parts are. Tracking information is useless.
Emails to customer service go unanswered.

Please review my order #**********. You will see my purchase was paid for on December 11, 2022 and finally shipped on December 22, 2022. The initial delay in shipping was due to the fact that the parts I ordered, which is were shown in stock, were in fact not readily available and Partzilla first had to acquire them.
As of January 9 2023, my order has yet to arrive. You can blame the shipping service (*** **** ***********), but it was a shipping service you choose to use knowing full well of the ineptitude and lack of quality shipping this service provides.
Yes, I believe a full refund of my purchase including shipping is appropriate as I am now nearly a month behind on my repair.Review fromGregory C

1 starif you order the part, they get on the phone with 3rd party vendors to hustle out a deal. , they wont get it for you if they dont make money off the trans. , other than that . didnt even let me know there was going to be a delay on the other item. The scooter tire they sent me was normal, but then with the tire , i never received a tracking number. clearly this company is self centered, within a very small network for which they operate. if they not lookin at your part then, they delay and hope someone will sail out into the pacific and pull it off one of the ships for free. and never received any notices via email etc.... big waste of time. the other item i was talking about, was clutch shoes for ***** honda oem. for 47$ (requested refund on 12-9-22), shipping not included. ...money, money, money, and not you. if the ships sailed the atlantic, i wouldn't be typing this review. all they do is sit by there phones hustling with 3rd party vendors . They have no warehouse. my tire was shipped from texas, and a tire can always be haggled. its just people with phones hustling to make a few bucks and leaving the customer stranded.Partzilla.com

Hello. We do apologize for your less than satisfactory experience. Partzilla does have two large distribution centers, however, we may not always have every part in stock. In those cases, we do our best to obtain the part from the OEM manufacturer. Unfortunately there is no way to link our system to the manufacturer, therefore, all ETAs displayed are best estimates, based on average time it takes for parts to arrive to our distribution center. Once we place the order with the manufacturer and receive updates, we send those out via email. Our records indicate several emails were sent out to the email address on file, however, those emails do occasionally end up in the customer's spam folder. The tire on this order was an aftermarket part, which was obtained from our aftermarket distributor and shipped directly to you to avoid additional delays for that item. If you have any additional concerns, we would love for you to contact us directly so that we can resolve them.

1 starI ordered parts on the 4th. October which it said you had everything and would ship in 3 days and on the 11 October you still hadn't sent it out I called and was told that you didn't have the one part and the others you did, I said send what you have and refund me back the rest, the original order was around 957 bucks and change, I was supposed to be getting back 277 and change, the 18th of October I still haven't got my money back now on the 1st of November, it's theft by deception that you took my money from me saying it would ship out in 3 days and you messed up the bank by putting in the wrong date from the card is what my bank ****** in ********* ** told me that had two office personnel working with me that showed the evidence to me that this company hadn't processed the card information correctly but you didn't have any problem getting it out in Just a few moments, I was just told a couple hours ago that my check hasn't been cut yet because that department isn't doing there job because the manager is on maternity leave, I've been told so many different lies it's not easy to follow them my check was shipped out and can't control the mail it takes two weeks, I'm a disabled veteran on fixed income and it's a shame that you treat your customers like this, I'm never buying anything from this company or refurring anyone to it, I'm going to tell everyone that I ride with or have anything to do with how I was treated and I was to.d there's people that has been waiting longer to get there money back longer than I have,Partzilla.com

We have reviewed your order and found that our Accounting Team attempted to process your refund on two separate occasions (**/**/2022 and **/**/2022). Our card processor shows that these refund attempts were both declined, indicating that there was an issue on the bank's end. Due to this, a check must be issued for the refund, as we are unable to process back to your original payment method. Checks can take up to 45 days to arrive, however, I see that you spoke with a member of our Accounting Team on **/*/2022, and they have confirmed that your check has been mailed.Partzilla.com

No it's not the banks fault I've been face to face with the bank and the bank said that partzilla was at fault and showed me on the computer that they didn't send the money back right, the account service Repp told me yesterday that the refund department was over a month late and she's been getting in trouble because a bunch of people are complaining about not getting there refunds, the manger over that department was off on leave and the staff isn't doing there job making her look bad like she's not working, I've been lied to since the 11th saying my check is in the mail and the lady yesterday told me no it hadn't been cut and she was as upset as I was, on fix income and can't wait months to get my money back, and on that site it plainly said everything would ship in three days, and the company should have sent me a message or something to tell me that they couldn't even get the part on the 11th, bottom line you said you could deliver them and didn't have all the parts that you supposed to be shipped, not true, three people told me and I've got it recorded that my check was sent because they messed up the bank, you can call me for the truth at ***-***-****, I can get the bank to tell you that it's partzillas fault that the money didn't go in, if partzillas had a responsible financial department the customer could get back there Money back and the website if you don't have the parts it needs to plainly state that you have to check nd see if you can get the parts before you take the customers money, and should make it a priority to give the customers money back to them, it's a horrible run business like this and people definitely don't want to be treated like this.
