    I ordered a part and it cost me $12 to get it shipped to my house. It wasn’t the right part so I had to pay $15 to ship it back to get my money back. Terrible company, not user-friendly at all. I will never buy from Partzilla ever again.

    Thank you so much for your feedback. We have reviewed your order and found that the part number on the order was provided by you, when placing the order. Due to this, Partzilla does not offer a return label. When Partzilla is at fault for an incorrect item being received, we issue a prepaid return shipping label. We also have experience part technicians available to assist you with verifying the correct part is ordered the first time.

    I ordered 1 bolt and it’s been 7 days and still not here .. I payed 7$ for the bolt and 10$ for shipping and I still haven’t received it .. bad 1st experience

    I have placed multiple orders with Partzilla and have had zero problems. Expansive supply, good prices, excellent pre and post sales support. Fast shipping and no mistakes.
    Anytime I attempted to order an out of stock part, big or small, I was cautioned with that status and a forward ship date was provided, before making the transaction. In those cases, out of stock orders were filled and shipped within four days. Shipping transit time in all orders has been a few days.

    Don’t trust they’ll get your order to the shipper to make it in 3 days unless you order on a Monday.

A review of your recent orders show that all orders placed with Expedited Shipping have delivered within the 1-3 business day timeframe for Expedited Shipping. As *** does not routinely operate on Saturday or Sunday, these days are not included in the shipping time. We do apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding.

    Terrible company, charges me for a part I need and I pay extra freight. Then I get a notice on day order is shipping that part no longer available but along with the order was a snap ring for the part. they send me that, and charge freight, But ring is useless without part.

    I've had none of the trouble that lots of other people have had. I'm not sure why. I order parts, they send them, they show up. I don't get too wound up about delays, but I'm not a shop either, just a dubbah fixing his own bike. It's also Maine in the winter when I do these projects, so I'm not missing any riding time really.
    A $90 oil was missing from my last order. They shipped one out with no hassle whatsoever.
    I just had to call about an unavailable part, and got a pleasant fellow who figured out it was just replaced by something else (which is now in my shopping cart).
    I may end up in GA on my bike this spring - I wouldn't be a bit opposed to taking the support folks I've spoken with over the last couple years out for a beer.

    I placed a order for ATV plastics on Partzilla site with free shipping , I have order plastics before with no extra charges , they sent me a notice will be a additional 270 dollars because they want to ship the parts by tractor trailer .
    They were considering a 35 lbs piece of plastic no bigger than 3’x3’x2’ over sized and reclassifying the whole order to be shipped by truck .
    Huge rip off , don’t buy parts in bulk on Partzilla , place individual orders on parts .

    We have reviewed your order and found that the dimensions were ********. This causes the shipment to be oversized. This shipment would have been more costly to ship via *** ****** that via the *** ******* service provided. You were also given the option to cancel the order. The shipping costs were approved prior to shipment.


    Per Partzilla's Shipping Terms, "Free shipping offer does not apply to oversized and overweight items, tires or hazardous materials. Note that we may not know the size and weight of the item you are ordering until your order has been processed. Accordingly, oversized and overweight orders of $149 or more may process showing $0 shipping, when in actuality additional shipping funds will be required to fulfill the order."

    Thought I would give this company a second chance (in reality 4th or 5th). Ordered "in stock" part on Dec 20. Expected Dec 26 or 27th. Website showed status of "shipped" immediately. However when tracked on Dec 27th they company had not even shipped the item. As of today, Jan 3, the part has not arrived, and the order has "disappeared" from my order history! This company has the reputation of deceiving customers, especially when it comes to shipping and stock items. Just read other reviews. This happened to me last year on more than one occasion so shame on me for giving them another chance! You are ordering at your own risk. Their shipping policy cannot be trusted and I am convinced they do not stock any parts, yet they advertise 1000's of parts as "in stock". One more observation: If you look at their internal reviews on their website they have a 4.8 out of 5.0. Contrast this rating to any objective review site such as Trust Pilot, and you will see they have no integrity as they only post their positive reviews.

    We have reviewed your order and found that the order was indeed shipped from our facility on 12/21/2023. Unfortunately, there have been delays within the shipping streams due to the recent holidays, that are outside of Partzilla's control. Standard shipping packages are typically delivered within 7-10 business days. Due to the holidays, we are still within this timeframe. The current status of your shipment with **** shows that it is preparing for delivery.

    Unfortunately there is no way currently to link our system to the manufacturer, therefore, all ETAs displayed are best estimates, based on average time it takes for parts to arrive to our distribution center. Once we place the order with the manufacturer and receive updates, we send those out via email.

    At the time your order was placed (11/2) the part ordered was not in stock. On 11/4, once we were notified of a delay with the manufacturer, we sent out an email detailing the ETA they provided (11/8). The part arrived earlier than expected and was promptly shipped on 11/7. Tracking indicates this was delivered on 11/9, via a shipping upgrade provided by Partzilla at no additional cost.

    Scam artist. I ordered 92072-1227, the picture clearly shows 3 pieces and there is nothing indicating otherwise. The price of $6.36 is even divisible by 3. i received 1 piece and when I called to advise them of the issue I barely got an apology. I strongly recommend shopping else.
