    On 3/24/2023, I renewed my annual subscription. ******* called me for at least a week trying to renew my subscription. They said they will give me a special package for 14 months at $89.99. I renewed the package 2 weeks later, important channels are missing from the line up. They also removed it right on the day of Indian Festival. They didn't answer online renewals and forced me to call. Upon calling and 1 hour wait, they asked me to pay $40 for upgrade. I said I cannot afford the payment. I said I can offer $20 or cancel my contract.They said they wont cancel my contract. But they can offer me upgrade at $20. But then they said I have to pay $13 in taxes because I live in WA state. $13 tax for $20 is not a state tax.They are a bad business with lot of hidden fees and zero transparency. There are better streaming services for Indian channels.

    On 9/13/2022, I paid $139.99 for 15 months of a subscription package called the "********** free movie Pack+ Yupp Malayalam Tamil Gold+ YuppFlix Free Movie Pack". This contracted package includes *************** channels (SUN TV, KTV, ********* Surya Movies etc) and Zee network channels. Now, YuppTV removed these channels and now asking for more money to include the channels back. They refused to give access to these channels for no cost for the rest of the subscription time. Also, they refused to cancel my subscription and refund me for the rest of the subscription time.

    I paid for the full year subscription $99.99. They removed Zee channel last year and removed Gemini network (several channels). Now, they left with very few paid channels, in fact only one ETV network. They are asking us to call to upgrade the package. They remove channels and we have to pay extra to add them back. I called customer service agent and they said that we can't cancel the subscription and no refund will be given. If we have to continue those channels, we have to pay extra. They can't remove in the middle of the term. They should give those channels for free for the rest of the subscription period.

    I signed up for monthly subscription on March 18th with email address *************************** I chatted with the online chat agent and requested cancellation on April 7th. I was told i would get a confirmation email within 48 hours but have not received any email so far. I chatted with the agent again today and am been told the same thing again.     Hi,I have subscribed for YuppTv Telugu Hindi Gold package in Spe 2022 and Valid Through Feb ****, which has Gemini Network and Zee Network. Now this company stopped providing Gemini channels and asking to pay extra for the services which were earlier charged in the subscription and now their sales team is not even responding properly and they are abusing. I would like to request a full refund as they failed to provide me promised services during my subscription period. I also request to take down this business as many subscribers like me are facing the same issue and this Yupptv is cheating people.thanks

    Hello On November 16, 2022, I paid $60.00 for YuppTV Gold Hindi Package (Zee network). On January 5, 2023, I received an email stating that YuppTV will no longer provide Zee network channels. Since, I subscribed YuppTV for Zee network channels, I sent an email to YuppTV support team requesting the following:*What other program or network are available for me in place of Zee network channels?*Can I cancel my subscription and get refund for the remaining service?I also, called on January ******, and talked to representative who stated that their team is working on implementing other programs to replace Zee network channels. However, in mean time the only option customers has is the following:* 1-2 month free extension to their subscription (no use to me as i have nothing to watch in Hindi or not using the service, till they implement new program for zee network channel)*$10 refund *Provided free of charge Marathi and Bengali channels (I don't speak the language so no use to me)*Cancel service but offered only $33.24 for approximately 50day service. Yearly service fee paid was $60 Also, they are not allowed to provide full refunds as per their contract and system.

    I bought a recurring subscription of an entertainment package for my parents vacationing with me for a few months. They left middle of aug 2022 but I kept the subscription thinking I could cancel before next month. I was charged on 9/1 around 6 am and when I logged in to the account there was no unsubscribe button on the site. They want you to call and cancel. I've been trying since morning of 9/1 - no one works in their billing ***** apparently. No one to pick up. I dial sales and someone immediately picks up. I ask for a refund since it is the beginning of the month and I have not used their service this month. They say sorry they cannot do that. There is no unsubscribe/deactivate button. You cannot delete your credit card information. I even called the credit card company - since the charge is pending they cannot open a dispute. They too were annoying and reluctant to put a note on the account. I have a screenshot of the ticket/reference of call with yupp tv. The amount is not too big ***** but it is the principle. Yupptv's practices are nefarious.Thanks in advance.

    I signed up for yearly subscription and the service rep ***** tell me that this subscription cannot be cancelled and money refunded for remaining period.I called today to cancel and they informed that they cannot refund for remaining period and that is mentioned on their website. The sales rep should inform customers about this during sign up. There are several issues with app that runs on roku. Intermittent outage of channels for ******* cinemalu ***** work yesterday whole day and the catch-up movies dont work at all. The movie package hardly gets updated with new releases. The customer service *** doesnt respond to phone calls. These are some reasons for cancellation of service.

    We spoked to customer # *********************************** on ************ and explained about the whole process and also the about the service interruption was because of some technical issue. We have cancelled the services as per the customer request and processed a refund ***** USD on 3rd September ******************************** customer account within 5 - 7 business days from 3rd September 2022.

    Mr. *********************************** has also acknowledge to the resolution provided and confirmed that he will send an email to BBB or mention his comments in the BBB complaint that his issue is resolved and taken care.

    Date of Transaction: 1st Aug 2022 20 mins after the transaction i have reached out to customer service to cancel my subscription and request for refund.I have been told that there is no refund policy and only they can cancel my recurring charges. They are claiming that they are providing 134 Hindi channels in a pack but if you check the channels list its a waste list. Only 3-5 channels are entertainment and all of them are either news channel or the channels which nobody watch because of the waste of time content. This is very disappointing.Yupp TV is a scam. Lying to customers about available channels, once customers sign up, no refund. They shouldn't have a business license. We expect US Govt take legal action against ************ Otherwise, it will rip off customers.
