    I received a check in the mail from this company and I want my information permanently removed and not to be contacted in person, email, or phone. There was this very pushy guy that tried to enter my home. I'm not interested in anything they are doing.

    I received a $5.00 check from this North American Senior Benefits in March of 2024 and I deposited the check and on July 9,2024 this man knocked on my door holding a copy of the check asking did you cash this check that is unprofessional. This company according to the letter the check with they were to send information and they never did. He had no right to do what he did and on top of that he had a smell of sweat. I want my name off of their mailing list. Coming by someone's house 4 months later without giving a notice to see if this time was ok , he suppose to come by 11 am on July 10, 2024 I reject him coming by my apartment and I am a senior don't want anything from that company.

    I also received a $5.00 from Northern American senior check. I had 2 people come to my door. I do not wish to talk to them. I just want them to stop trying to contact me.

    North American Senior benefits mailed me a check and I cashed it not expecting a person to show up without calling first. I want no more contact with this company. Not interested in anything they are doing.

    2 men came to my home June 25, 2024 wanting to talk with my husband as a follow up from 2020. One of them had a form showing my husbands ***************** He said he talked with my husband in 2020 and he signed that form, including my name. I knew that wasnt true because my husband wouldnt have talked to him without me and he wouldnt have never signed my name to anything. The signatures were a liking to his handwriting but I could tell it was forged. This mans name was *******************************, **********************************************. I took photos of this certificate and him. He was asking questions he didnt get an answer to and insisted on seeing my husband which he did not. He told me if I changed my mind he would be in the neighborhood all week. His license #*******

    Good afternoon.  We have reviewed your message and we want to assure you that the form this agent brought to the door is an actual card we received in the mail.  We send out forms that state that an agent may visit you in the future to talk to you about life insurance and benefits that you may be eligible to receive.  Once this form was received by us, one of our agents will visit with the person who sent it in.  Sometimes it does take a while and time can pass between sending in the card and receiving the visit which I believe is the case in this instance.  We will delete your information and the card that was sent in and make sure no one visits you further since you are uninterested in the service and we do not wish to disturb you. We will ask our agents to better communicate the origination of these forms and signatures so that the seniors we visit understand where they came from.   Thank you for contacting us

    I received an unsolicited $5.00 check from North American Senior Benefits. The letter that accompanied the check says there is no obligation to cash this check. I googled this ********************** and came on BBB (complaints). I request that I be taken off of their mailing list and to not attempt to communicate or contact me in any way.

    I received a $5.00 check from North American Senior Benefits,LLC in the mail that was unsolicited. It is asking for me to put my phone number on it and then cash it with no obligation. I cashed the check without putting any information on it. But now after reading these complaints, I see that someone is likely to show up at my door. I Therefore request that this company cease from sending me anything else and Remove me from their mailing list. In addition, I do not want to be contacted by them in any way (face to face, email. phone. etc.). Thank you for taking care of this matter.

    A woman came to my door on June 11 from North America Senior Benefits claiming that I had asked for their services which I had not. She did not call in advance and I was not at home at the time. My grandson answered the door and she proceeded to ask him personal questions including whether or or not I was in a nursing home. None of her business!!!!! She was unsolicited. I believe this would be the same as door to door soliciting and I understand that to be illegal in *********,

    Today, June 3, 2024 9:25am 2 young men stopped by my house, totally unsolicited and said a son or daughter submitted a request for life insurance. They had my name, address and birth date on his cellphone. Company is North American Senior Benefits ************************* ************************************************* Produced a state of Louisiana license #******* Hoping we can get this business to remove us from any and all lists they have us on.
