    One of your sales person came to my door saying he has a delivery for me stated I had inquired about insurance and I did not,I WANT MY NAME REMOVED FROM YOUR COMPANY FILES IMMEDIATELY BEFORE I TAKE LEGAL ACTION.

    A salesman came to my house and was talking about life insurance, I told him Ill have to get with my mom and Ill let him know. Well he took it upon himself to sell me a life insurance policy that I knew nothing about until it went through my account. I just want to be made whole. The salesman said he was going take care of it now ****

    Can you contact us at *************************** with the name of the insurance agent that sold you the policy so we can investigate the matter further?  To be sure the policy is cancelled you would need to contact Columbian Life directly since they will not allow us to access customer information through our offices as the customer needs to be the one in communication with them.  The phone number for Columbian Life is:   **************         That should allow you to cancel your policy.  As soon as we know who the agent was who wrote the policy we can work on findng a further resolution.  Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention!

    Good morning.  We are not authorized to withdraw or change withdrawls made to your checking account by the carrier company, Columbian Life.  In order to change or cancel the policy you would need to contact the agent who wrote the policy or Columbian Life directly.  We would like to investigate the agent in question if you could provide his name to us either here or by emailing us at *************************** so we can further help you.  In order to quickly stop any debits to the account and for them to potentially issue a refund, Columbia Life would have to do that.  The number to reach them is: ************.  If the transaction was unauthorized to begin with, Columbian Life can also help with investigating the agent who wrote the policy to reach a further solution as well.  They will not allow us to access information as a third party contractor in order to protect your data and personal health information, that is why it is important that we know who wrote the policy to investigate the procedures taken by the agent on the matter.  We wish to help any way we can but need a little information from you to do this and we apologize for the inconvenience in having to contact the carrier to cancel the account debits but this is also to protect consumers.  When an agent writes a policy, they do so directly with one of many carriers and we do not have the ability to access the databases of the carriers.  Our role in the process is in recruiting agents and assisting them in licensing with the individual carriers but we do not directly issue policies or service them.  We recieve a commission from carriers from policies written by our agents but identifying information of the consumer is not sent with these deposits for privacy and in compliance with HIPPA laws.  We recieve a "bulk" report as to the total production written by each agent which again does not itemize policies or provide information.  This is why contacting the carrier directly is the process required to cancel a policy or change/stop account debits.  We hope this answers any questions and helps to make our process more transparent.  We will help in any way we have the ability in compliance with the law if you have any trouble with contacting Columbian Life.  You are welcome to also call us directly at ************** and speak to someone in Marketing or our Operations Manager for further assistance and guidance in resolving this matter.  Thank you for your understanding.

    I had a 100 % unsolicited visit to my home from a person representing this company. I have no interaction with this company whatsoever. I can only assume they got my name and address somewhere. I was not home and this person insinuated to my girlfriend that I had contacted them. She was told they try again later. I want no such visit and my name removed from any list they have. There is a no soliciting law here as well.

    I received a $5.00 check from North American Senior Benefits,LLC in the mail that was totally unsolicited. It is asking for me to put my phone number on it and then cash it with no obligation. However, I have read numerous complaints where people have cashed the check and then salesmen show up to their residence trying to sell them insurance. I have torn the check up and thrown it away, but I would like to request that this company cease from sending me anything else and would like to be removed from their mailing list. In addition, I do not want to be contacted by them in any way (face to face, email. phone. etc.). Thank you for taking care of this matter.

    North American Senior Benefits apparently sent me a letter with a $5 check over a month ago and stated there was no obligation and that the check could be cashed, which I did. However, after depositing the check, I received an un- solicited in-person visit from a salesmen on 4/16/2024. My issue is the person immediately acted like I knew exactly why they were there and asked to be invited into my home without even bothering to explain to me what the signature was (of mine) that he was showing me. I had to do a ****** to search of the company to find out what it was about. After telling him to leave as he had provided me no meaningful information as to why he was there I asked him to not to contact me again and closed the door. He then proceeded to repeatedly knock on my door. I do NOT want to be solicited or contacted by this company ever again and you need to do a better job training your field representatives. You can't expect to send a stranger to a home months later without prior notice and be welcomed with open arms and provide no explanation as to why they are there.

    I was contacted today at my home by a representative of your company claiming that I electronically cashed a $5.00 check in exchange for information about life insurance. I have absolutely no recollection of signing and cashing that check and I was not expecting this unsolicited visit. I even searched my banking statements to confirm that I did deposit the check in the last year. I am respectfully requesting that your company permanently remove my name and my other personal information from your database. I do not wish to be contacted again, either by mail, email or in person, by a representative of your company. You may, of course, reply to me -- regarding this communication only -- via the email address I provided, but I request that my personal information not be shared with any other person or concern.     Good afternoon - I was contacted today at my home by a very pleasant representative of your company who showed me an electronic copy of my signature, apparently reproduced from a $5.00 check he said I cashed several months ago. I have no recollection of signing and cashing that check, and told him that, as I am not, and was not interested in purchasing insurance of any kind, and was not expecting this unsolicited visit. I have no complaints about the gentleman's demeanor or behavior, but I am respectfully requesting that your company permanently remove my name and my other personal information from your database, including the check image and my signature. I do not wish to be contacted again, either by mail, email, or in person by your agent.     Since October of 2023, I continue to receive call after call from this company, LMS PO box ****** *************, ** 30042-9800. They are trying to sell Final Expense Benefits and other stuff. I want them to stop calling me. I've have asked so many times asking to remove my number from their list but to no avail. I want this madness to stop.!!!!! Some days, I receive ***** calls in one day. Every time i go to call the # back, it's no longer in service. The people calling are foreign sounding and give NAMES I know are not theirs. PLEASE STOP!!!!!!!!

    We apologize that you are receiving these calls.  We are frustrated by them as well.  These calls are not coming from our company.  Over the past few months, we have been alerted to a third party that has been using our name to make these calls.  We are working with law enforcement and our legal counsel to determine the identity of the party making these calls. However, given the ease in spoofing numbers, this has been difficult.  If the complainant is willing to provide additional information, such as the date and time of some the calls, what number was identified in the caller id for the caller and the number that was called, we can provide that to our investigative team.

    North American Senior Benefits, *** takes full compliance with the **** and related laws and regulations very seriously. We are working diligently to the extent we can to help stop these calls.  If you have any information about the call you would be willing to share with us to help in our investigation please email *************************** and we will forward the information to our legal department and the agencies helping to investigate. Again, we deeply apologize that you are having this experience and wish there was more we could do to eliminate these calls.
