    employee popped up at my home was aggressive looking in my pot of food on the stove walking around looking at my photos lied about calling me kept ringing my bell...hecwas scary aggressive and should not be near another senior...Came back to my house the next day ringing my bell like a crazy man....if he returns I am calling the police on him.

    Good afternoon, we would like to sincerely apologize for the behavior of this agent at your home.  We have investigated and determined who this agent was and are taking action now to eliminate this from happening again.  We do not condone his pressuring sales tactics and hate that you had that experience.  We are going to remove your information from our system so that no one further contacts or visits you from our company and you will no longer receive marketing mailers from **.  If you ever wish to pursue life insurance with ** we would be happy to help you if you should choose to contact ** in the future but we will not contact or solicit you in any way further and fully respect your peace and privacy.  Again, we apologize you had this experience and want you to know that we are working to make sure our agents are properly trained and respectful of the privacy of the seniors we serve and we will not tolerate those who abuse the opportunity we have given them to represent us.  Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention!

    This "company" is beyond a scam. They're committing fraudulent, illegal activities in order to take advantage of senior citizens. Sometime in April my father received a $5 check from North American Senior Benefits claiming to come with no obligations. For someone on a fixed income, every $5 helps. So of course he cashed the check. On May 10th, 2023 ***************************** from North American Senior Benefits showed up at his door to discuss his life insurance. My father didn't understand what was happening, and did not consent to anything. Furthermore, he was not in the mental state to be able to make an informed decision. ******* even asked to take a picture with my father, which was strange. In hindsight, I wonder if this is supposed to serve as some sort of proof of an agreement. Soon after, we received a letter from his life insurance company asking for payment, because his automatic payments had been cancelled. WITHOUT my fathers consent or signature, ***************************** was able to cancel my fathers life insurance policy and sign him up for a new, more expensive policy with Mutual of *****. This new policy costs more than double the old one, and has a lower value. How can this happen without the consent of the insured?? The only signature they had from him was on the check that he cashed. It is clear from the numerous BBB complaints that this company will not stop their unscrupulous business practices. Therefore, I will also be submitting my complaint to consumer affairs.

    We appreciate you bringing all of this information to our attention!  We are actively investigating this matter right now and are waiting for documentation from the agent and his manager to pursue action against this agent if he violated our policies or state insurance law.  We will provide you and update as soon as we have completed this investigation.  We also will remove your parents information from our database so that they are no longer contacted by our company through mail or by agents.   Thank you again for letting ** know your situation and we apologize for the experience you had.     I am getting solicitory mail from this business I did not seek them out I do not want to do business with them I want them to remove my address from their database completely. I don't even know where they got my name and address so they can just leave me alone and remove everything about me from their database

    I cashed a $5.00 check from North American SeniorBenefits, LLC. The letter that came with it said I had no obligation if I cashed it so I did. On 5/2/23 2 of their Reps try to sell me on life, and medical insurance. When I tell them I'm not interested they finally leave On 5/3/23 My girlfriend leaves my apt and comes right back with a copy of the check I deposited laying on the floor by the elevator. North American Senior Benefits, LLC Representives threw it down on the floor in my apartment building on the ninth floor(which I live on)Anyone could have gotten hold to myinfo if they paid attention to it

    Good morning, we sincerely apologize that you had this experience.  Can you give us any information regarding the agents that visited you?  We will look up the information and find out who may have been issued the information and we agree something must be done.  Since they are independent contractors, we can terminate contracts and block them from our leads system.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention, the handling of that information was unacceptable and we will be taking measures to eliminate this from happening to anyone else and will be happy to remove your information from our system all together so it can no longer be accessed by any agent.

    I cashed a $5 check that was sent to me unsolicited. I had someone knock on my door trying to sell me their product and showing me my signature but not where he got it from (apparently the check I cashed). I do not appreciate having someone come to my door to harass me and I DO NOT want them here again. I saw his logo on his shirt and looked them up. This is their method of operation, trying to scam seniors into buying insurance they don't want. The man wanted to come into my house! This is very scary and absolutely an unwelcomed intrusion into my life and my home.I am contacting the attorney general about this company

    Good afternoon, I apologize that this experience caused you any distress.  We mail out these checks as our gift to you and documented on the accompanying mailing it is stated that one of our agents may contact you to provide information on benefits you may qualify for and to provide a free life insurance evaluation which you have no obligation to make any purchase during the visit.  You may also cash the check and then ask that your name is removed from our mailing list so that no one contacts you or to decline the consultation at the door.  All of our agents are licensed with the state and legally bound to only provide you with coverage that leaves you in a better position and is affordable, and if you did not require insurance, they would not have attempted to sell you a policy.  I apologize if you felt harassed, please know that we care very much about our senior community and are only reaching out to serve them and their families. We find the best way to reach this community is through home visits much of the time but understand your concern with having a visitor show up at your door unexpectedly.  We will remove any contact information we have for you from our database to eliminate any future intrusion or mailings.  Thank you for letting us know your thoughts on the visit, we will encourage our agents to call and set up appointments whenever possible to help prevent other seniors any distress.

    I am rejecting this response because when you state that someone may 'contact' me implies that one would call - not physically drive to your home and knock on your door. I do not appreciate having a complete stranger come to my home and asked to be let in.  This practice must stop as you have no idea if the senior you are 'contacting' has any heart conditions or physical impairments that would be exacerbated by seeing someone they do not know at their door.  I have read the other complaints filed against your company and I see that this is standard practice for you, but this is unacceptable.    I do not wish to have this repeated and I am requesting to be removed from your list immediately.  Thank you.

    They said I won a trip when they came to play bingo.at ***************************..I have not seen or not heard from them it was 3 black guys one was name ****. On April 18th @1 iwa nt my trip or compomsation it can go farther

    I am being harassed up to 6 -10 times a day, from calls trying to sell me product. I am very calm person have not shouted or been rude to these callers, they are all ** Numbers being used, i block one and another comes!When i ask them to stop, the last person who did not speak good English was aggressive and very nasty.He stated there is nothing i can do to stop these calls, they will keep ringing.These calls constantly...are ruining my health and are very upsetting.I left a polite message with the President of the company, explaining this is bad business, I am still waiting for a reply.This sort of calls have to stop!!! They need fining!

    We apologize that you have had this experience.  These calls are not coming from our company.  Over the past few months, we have been alerted to a third party that has been using our name to make these calls.  We are working with law enforcement and our legal counsel to determine the identity of the party making these calls. However, given the ease in spoofing numbers, this has been difficult.  If the complainant is willing to provide additional information, such as the date and time of some the calls, what number was identified in the caller id for the caller and the number that was called, we can provide that to our investigative team.

I know it doesn't help to immediately guarantee they will stop but please be assured that we are doing everything we can with law enforcement to find out who is behind these calls to put an end to them.

    They call many times almost every day. They ask if I would like a sales rep to call me in a few days. I say no, I've hung up on them, and I've cursed them out. Still keep calling.

    I received a $5.00 live free check from this company. No obligation, so I thought maybe information would be sent through the mail.Instead, I am being harrassed by (2) people at a time showing up to my door, Twice a man and a woman showed up knocking at my door and calling out my name. Followed by said individuals kissing and hugging in my parking lot of my apartment building. Very, very unprofessional.Today, (2) men showed up once again, knocking at my door and calling out my name.These people are scaring me to death. I am a senior citizen. In today's day and age, who opens the door to two strange men? Not me, But also, I want to feel safe in my own home.I contacted this company last week to stop this, but they still proceeded to send (2) men today. I also offered to send them the $5.00 check back.Please make them stop showing up at my place of residence.Sincerely,***************************

    I worked with North American senior benefits from November 2022 thru March 2023. I am disgusted in how the partners and brokers conduct business. Specifically ***************************** (partner) I have seen/witnessed do fraud in front of my own eyes. Copy and forge a clients signature. Do an E app in person while he was no where near his client he also threatened me. to change my pay from paid as earned to paid as issue because I wasnt producing enough. Ive seen him ***** other employees, promotions when they we no where near there promotion. ********************************* is another employee who works with the company who I witnessed him lie to elderly people. Obtain there social security numberand account info, very sly/sneaky and pushing an online application through WITHOUT their approval. If you look up his partnership with the company he has already had many reviews from policy officers regarding fraud. ****** also does in person applications while they are on the phone or agree to meet up later in the week. I have been with this company for almost 4 months and I will try my hardest everyday to make sure this doesnt happen anymore. I cant believe this stuff actually happens. OH ALSO they have an agent named *************************** or Chills/****** that take post exams for anyone wanting to get licensed in exchange for money. She did this for ****** and 3 other people who are working with the company that I know. The post exam is usually done through an online ******* that watches you while the exam is being taken. After the ******* asks you to pan around the room and verifies you are alone, she very carefully sneak next to the testee and gives them every single answer. I have seen this done. I studied and took the exam very seriously only to find out everyone else has ****** take the exam for them. Its DISGUSTING!!!!! I worked so hard to become licensed and work with a good company but I wont hold my tongue any longer. I will be sending many complaints until I am heard.

    We have investigated the information provided by this agent internally and with his new employer, and it has been resolved. This is not a consumer complaint, this is an agent who was contracted with us previously.  No funds were ever paid to us by the agent as we do not charge to contract with us so the resolution of a refund is not applicable.  Thank you.
