    I consented to receive information from this company. After researching decided not interested. ******** is aggressive and when told not interested insisted I signed something saying I want this. Told again not interested. If he comes on my property again I will call police and have him removed. This company preys on seniors sending young scary men to their door. Bullies

    Got a surprise visit by an agent ******************, he used catchy words and got me off guard when i answered yes that i had requested information..wanted to sell me expensive life insurance without me agreeing; took picture of my I.D., looked through my medications and asked me for my SS# thats when i stopped everything and he suddenly ran out my house leaving my door flung open.

    I have gotten about 10 calls today in regards to Senior Benefits from 10 different numbers.My number is on a DND Registry

    Good afternoon, we apologize for the experience you are having with these calls. These calls are not coming from our company.  Over the past few months, we have been alerted to a third party that has been using our name to make these calls.  We are working with law enforcement and our legal counsel to determine the identity of the party making these calls. However, given the ease in spoofing numbers, this has been difficult.  If the complainant is willing to provide additional information, such as the date and time of some the calls, what number was identified in the caller id for the caller and the number that was called, we can provide that to our investigative team.

    North American Senior Benefits, *** takes full compliance with the **** and related laws and regulations very seriously. We are working diligently to the extent we can to help stop these calls.

    I want all of my information taken off and out of this companys possession. Agent couldnt give a straight answer. Agent shows up unannounced at the doorstep saying I mailed a letter back to them. That is completely false. I did not ask for their services and they are demanding to see my life insurance policy which is insane to show up on a doorstep as a complete stranger and ask for. Are you kidding me??? Take my name, number, everything off of your contact list and do not step foot back on this property.

    This incident happened about a year ago. I had filled one of the postcards you all had sent me in the mail never suspecting what would happen next. A few days later, someone was knocking loudly on my door and when I asked who it was, a woman said she was from you all's company about the insurance. I opened the door and she kept asking if she could come in after I repeatedly told her no she couldn't. She was extremely pressuring me about the insurance and how I had called her but I know I never did. She started getting more upset by the minute and I really thought, even though I never felt threatened, that I was going to have to defend myself against this woman because she kept getting more and more aggressive about coming into my home. All I can say is, she'd better be very glad that she didn't hit me or anything because I know how to fight and will if I have to defend myself. She also better be glad she didn't come back because the police would've had to get involved eventually. Idk what you all's company employees are being told to do when they go to ppls homes but it's not morally right or decent how they've been conducting themselves and it needs to STOP ASAP! I'm sure I speak for a lot of other ppl when I say that too. ** for your time and attention to this issue.

    On 07-19-23, a very aggressive female pounded and pounded on my front door until I answered it. She said she was from North American ********************** ans demanded to speak to my mother.I told her my mother was well aware of her spouse's visit (another agent, supposedly) a week earlier and would advise if she were interested. The agent continued to ask prying, personal questions and demanded to know if she lived there.The agent insisted that her printout (piece of paper with a barcode and phone number on it) gave her the right to visit as she pleased. I advised her that she could be denied, to which she stood around huffing and puffing and finally left.I notified the corporate office of their agent's behavior and that she was seconds away from being physically removed. Supposedly, my mother's name was removed from their database.

    An agent came to my door today using a fraudulent excuse for being on my floor in the Apartment complex. He said he was here to see someone that was not a resident in this complex. Then, he kind of forced himself in my apartment trying to sell me insurance. I told him I was not interested. However, I had given him my birthday and my current insurance carrier. I became frightened after he left. Please stop all contact from this person. I am not interested.

Since your information was not a lead that we would have provided him, we cannot track down the agent without a name.  We would also like to prevent this agent from soliciting any person who did not request insurance information in the future so again, the name or identifying information would be greatly appreciated to help us with this.  Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, we take these issues very seriously and will do everything we can to track down this agent and prevent further contact to your residence.

    I had an aggressive agent to come to my home 7-13-23 today He showed me my signature of a check that was issued to me 2 years ago 10-2021 He was very pushy, asking me different questions after I told him that I had to be leaving shortly, he continued with his questions about insurance and ******** I continued to let him know that I needed to be getting ready to leave shortly. Why did he have a check that was 2 years old, and why am I being targeted?I would like my information to be removed and that this agent do not come back to my property. He continued to talk and ask questions even after he was told not to

    An aggressive agent showed up at my door begging to be let inside. He was hesitant to take no for an answer. I came and read all the complaints once he left and I do not want to be continually harassed. I am also about half the age of 50. Why am I being targeted? Remove all info of mine and do not come back to my property or I will contact the police.

    I have tried several times to reach the agent I'm dealing with via either phone or text. I'm always getting a voicemail which I leave a message with. If I even get a response, it's through a text saying she's on the phone with the insurance company and that she'll get right with me or she'll call me shortly. I never hear from her as I'm trying to give her the benefits of doubt and time. It's been almost a month now with promise of a reimbursement from the previous life insurance company that apparently were fraudulent with what I was told. I'm owed two months payment already from previous company and now as of the first of July, I not only will probably get charged again but additionally from your company. I have tried until I'm exhausted with attempting to have some resolution. This will be my last attempt to settle this with your company. Please make this right.
