      This airline doesn't value your time. I experienced two cancelled flights today. The first one was cancelled at 1PM, which was 7 hours prior to the scheduled flight time. When I contacted customer service, they were unable to provide me with an emergency seat on the next available flight. Consequently, I had to reschedule my second flight and move it from ***** to ***************, which is an hour away from my residence. When I arrived at the airport, the flight was delayed and ultimately cancelled, adding to my frustration. It seemed that the airline was unaware of the fact that this was the second time this had occurred to me in a single day. I spoke with a staff member at the airport, informing him that this was my second cancellation of the day, but he responded arrogantly, saying "I know." This was not an acceptable response. Later, when I contacted customer service, it took 50 minutes for a lady who spoke limited English to answer. Despite my informing her of the two cancellations, she showed no concern and just wanted to rebook me as if I were just another number. I finally arrived home at 10:30pm. I will never fly with this airline again, as they should treat their customers better. For reference, my first flight was scheduled for 8:00pm from ***************************, flight number DL1550, and my second flight was at 8:30pm from ***************, flight number DL2274.

      Delta Airlines employs former *** as their corporate security. Keep this piece of info in mind as you read this. My Husband worked for Delta or 27 years with no stains on his work record. Delta has a social media policy that pertains to EMPLOYEES only and also has termination protocol. My Husband was fired for breaching social media policy when he never had access to the social media account they accused him of posting on. Delta did not follow their own termination policy, which screams discrimination. My Husband appealed the termination and the ** manager who was supposed to meet with my Husband never kept the meeting, leaving my Husband hanging even after two emails to the ** managers boss, informing her of this. Delta Airlines corporate security did very little to investigate the supposed breach of social media policy. They had no evidence pointing to my Husband. All they had was someones complaint, which begs the questions. How was my anonymous social media account linked to my identity, then me linked to my Husband, then my Husband linked to Delta as I never ever mentioned my Husband nor Delta in any posts before my Husbands termination? The *** is being weaponized against us through employers, people. The *** came to my house on Dec 1 wanting to talk to me about concerning posts but I didnt give them the time of day so the *** had to leave. Next thing I know, my Husband was being fired (Feb 6th) It isnt hard to see whats going on here. My Husband lost a job unjustly, being accused to posting on a social media account he has never had access to and it can be easily proven. We know they know he wasnt guilty of their untruths, they and their handlers simply did not like the content I post on MY social media account. When after the ** didnt keep the appeals appointment and 2 emails went unanswered about that, it was plain to see Delta was not going to give my Husband the same consideration as other employees. They railroaded my Husband.

      Dear Delta, I've flown with you for the past 2 years - never had an issue, a delayed or cancelled flight. Below is my recent experience that could have turned disastrous yielding an upset customer, instead you earned a loyal customer for life. I was flying from *** (on Delta ****) to *** with layover in ***. Connection was tight - about 43 min. Flight from *** was delayed by almost 30 min. In the air, I realized I might not make my connection. Three amazing flight attendants (*******, ************* from flight #**** on March 24th) assisted me with a plan of trying to catch my next plane by moving me closer to the front, answering all my questions & counseling on what to do if I miss it. Long story short, I made it in 17 min. What was most impressive is receiving an ******************** voucher for ******* in my e-mail as we landed in ***, just in case I missed my next flight. Even though my bag did not make it, it was hand-delivered to me the next day. I am in Customer Success, so I can really appreciate the foresight and genuine care for customer experience in my specific situation. Thank you, Delta, for having my back all the way.

      My original flight was scheduled to depart in the evening of Thurs. March 16th from *** to *********. It was delayed twice on Thursday night for staffing issues before being delayed until Friday late morning. 30 minutes before the flight was supposed to board, the flight was cancelled entirely for no reason.The representative I was messaging through the Delta app SMS messaging instructed me to wait till the travel was complete to reach out to customer service regarding an e-credit or a refund for this trip. He did not specify anything regarding 'Flown' statuses, which I was just informed is what's preventing me from obtaining either an e-credit or refund. If I had known, I would have followed proper protocol and reached out sooner.I lost an entire day of the trip along with reservations / financial commitments that cannot be refunded for the events that I missed due to the flight delays and cancellation. I've been a loyal Delta flier for years but being mislead in this manner by a representative has left a sour taste in my mouth.This is a warning for others experiencing flight delays or cancellations to be wary of Delta's flight statuses and misleading information provided by Delta reps.

      I arrived at my gate 15 minutes before departure with 2 small children. The gate agent (*******) looked at me and then closed the door. The sign above said Boarding. It didnt say final call or closed. They told us to wait there. When she returned she said the flight was closed. I feel discriminated against as I was traveling with small children. She said she needed to release the seats. clearly other passengers with additional monetary value were prioritized over me and my family. Delta is NOT a family friendly airline.

      DELTA did not assign us a seat on the second leg of 3 flights, on an internationl flight home to the US.Why did they do this? They knew that we wouldnt make it thru customs and immigrations in time. And yet they sold us the ticket bundle anyway.They assigned us seats on our final third flight. But they knew we wouldnt make our way thru customs in time, and not assigning our seats would allow them to fill it with a standby or oversold customer. Downright shameful. They should NOT sell tickets like this thru their website. ****** international travelers returning back to the states. If Delta sold you a tight connection, be wary.

      I have an 11 year old daughter on the spectrum and I am disabled man,I called delta and spoke to a supervisor because we got rows 23 ,I told her about our diabilities and she told us she couldnt put us in the comfort cabin because all those rows were saved for people with missing legs and people on wheelchair,so I asked Supervisor ***** if certain handicaps they a preference over others,she said that she can give us seats in that cabin but our family of four had to be broken into twos,I told her that wasnt possible because me and my wife help each other because my autistic daughter can get a breakdown,she said she couldnt do it ,never travel again with delta

      Delta destroyed my suitcase so it is no longer usable and has declared it as normal wear and tear. Both handles were completely ripped off, as was the zipper so it cannot be lifted or used at all. I don't understand how this is acceptable - to destroy someone's belongings and not make it right.

      Drivers license inadvertently left at ticket counter in ***************. JFK staff called to ensure ID was secure and would be held at supervisors desk for passenger return next day. Returned less than 24 hours later and Delta supervisor admits to willfully and knowingly discarding ID and asks fellow employee to lie about it. How can someone like that remain employed. Integrity out the door !!!!

      ***** saved my life by being able to change my flight date. She was friendly, and very efficient. I will always choose delta in the future.
