SCAM SCAM SCAM!! As you read on everyone else's review this GAP INSURANCE is a scam. They do not pay out even after all the documentation they ask for has been submitted. They will blame your Primary insurance and when your primary insurance talks to them they will blame your dealership. This company is the biggest scam and I have been dealing with them since 02/22. Do not purchase this product unless you want to go through a nightmare that the only way to wake up from is getting a lawyer involved.

ZERO STARS do not waste your money ************ is a scam. They will not pay claim for tires or wheels. I had a brand new tire blow out with photos receipts and documentation. They refuse to pay the claim because the shop didnt call them. I need my vehicle to work. I had a similar catch 22 with rim repair which they would not pay without repair service contacting them ahead of time. I contacted multiple repair companies who all refused to deal with these crooks.

Extremely disappointed and surprised a warranty company can say NO to repairs that are clearly stated as covered parts and labor under their limited warranty publication. On Friday the 29th of July the front suspension on my 2015 tesla model S (45k miles) went out. By 2pm on that Friday the car was at the tesla service center awaiting repairs for a broken control arm. I notified Safeguard of the issue and received an estimate ($2300) for repairs from Tesla. Tesla called to get authorization to make the repairs on Friday and was told that there would be an inspector coming out the beginning of the next week. I called Safeguard the following Monday morning to see when the inspector was going to be there, but they had no one scheduled to go out and have still not had anyone look at the car to date. I was told that it was on a supervisor hold and they were waiting for the hold to be removed before they could authorize the repairs. Now its close of business on Tuesday and day 4 without my car or authorization to fix my car, when I receive an email saying Safeguard has denied my claim due to preexisting failure and to contact Vroom for further instruction. I've only had the car for 13 days before the suspension went out and now I am being told that my 90 day warranty doesn't cover my repairs even though those components are clearly listed by name under the covered parts in the limited warranty. There has not been anyone from Safeguard warranty company come out to physically look at my car. Because it is a used vehicle, one could argue that every issue that arises would/could be contributed to a preexisting issue, so I dont understand what is actually covered on my car if Safeguard can pick and choose what they will fix.

Seem like they was playing games. I sent 10 documents they asked for but still kept asking for more proofs. I ended up getting tired of that and gave up. waste of my time.
