      I purchased a GE washer and dryer from Home Depot on 6/27/22. They told me that the pair will be delivered on 7/3/2022, then called the night before delivery and stated that they will have to change the delivery date to 7/9/2022, then called the night before and said everyone in the warehouse have COVID and they will deliver the pair on 7/13/22. Once delivered on July 13, I used the washer and noticed the washer was making this loud noise, trying to cut off, water wasn't draining, it wasn't turning to wash clothes, not rinsing, and indicator lights cut off. I went to Home Depot on ********************* and the manager told me I couldn't get a refund nor a replacement because it has been over 48 hours and I must use my warranty. I have called ************** Customer Relations, and GE Factory ********************** and they were all unprofessional and rushed me off the phone. They gave me several appointments and said someone will come out and look at the washer, which no one ever showed up. I have been very unsuccessful in getting my washer replaced or repaired. I have a brand-new washer and dryer in my home that I'm not able to use. I have tried to resolve this problem and all I have gotten was a bunch of LIES.
