    Absolutely SHAMEFUL the way these people conduct their scam! I made a purchase for Windows 11 upgrade to PRO, for my workstation for my business on Thursday 18th Jan ****, afternoon, so that the IT guy could finish installing the other software that required Win11 Pro, he was scheduled for Fruday 10AM. The purchase confirmation email did not have the 25 digit product key to install the upgrade, but mentioned another email that would have the code. I emailed them to let them know it wasn't in the spam folder and I NEEDED it ASAP. I got a "generic - call this number to make an appointment for tech support"..response Friday afternoon, by then I had to purchase another license to have the workstation up and running. I emailed them explaining the situation and asked for a refund, I got the exact SAME email t(to make an appointment for tech support). I responded explaining that I didn't need any tech support, just a refund (still hadn't gotten the product key email..!!!), and so they naturally sent the EXACT SAME email to make an appointment for tech support. I made the appointment for Monday at 12:30. Got a text earlier that day to confirm. No one called me at the appointment time, so I called them 2 minutes after, got the voicemail to leave a message. I did.I still have not received a refund that I have requested multiple times, neither have I gotten a call back for "scheduling" a call with tech help..."We are so sorry for the inconvenience! Please allow us to make this right and show you how good of a product this is. One of our technical support members can call you at the registered phone number and invite you to a remote support session using GoToResolve. Due to high demand, everyone is required to book a call and our team will follow up at the scheduled time to begin the download."What a joke.

    Helpful Downloads charged me $29.99 for ********* 365 SUBSCRIPTION, which I did NOT want. Their website clearly states that the fee of $29.99 is one time only. They are a bait and switch company and after repeated unsuccessful requests for a refund, I decided filing a complaint was my best option.

    Purchased 10/5/23. Transaction posted to my credit card account on 10/6/23. Email instructions were sent for the download. Followed instructions but found out what was sent was not what I was under the impression I was purchasing.. Sent an email to ******************************* explaining the situation and that when I followed the instructions a user name of *********************** appears. Sent another email stating I would like to cancel this order and be refunded the $23.97 for order #*****. On 10/6/23 I attempted to call the number listed on the email I received *************. Left a message. No response as of 10/7/23 to either the voicemail or emails sent requesting reimbursement.

    on 9/5/2023 I contacted Helpful Downloads to get Windows 11 downloaded on my laptop computer. I was charged $39.97 for the down load. My laptop had Windows 7. After not being to down load Windows 11 I contacted helpful Downloads and was given a consultation appointment with a staff member named *********************** He said I had to download Windows 10 first. I tried to download but it would not activate windows 10. I contacted them told them I wanted my money back. they said set up another consulation appointment and if it could not be resolved the tech would advise them and I would get my refund. I met with the same guy and he said he could not get my laptop to install Windows 11 and I would get my refund back and would receive an email within 1/2 hour about my refund. That was 10am on 9/13/2023. I never got an email and I have called them over 20 times in the last 3 days. Never got a person. Auto answer says wait until they find an agent to help you. 15 seconds later says no one is available leave name and number and some will call you shortly. after over 20 calls in 3 days still haven't heard from anyone .I see you have received a number of complaints. What is my next course of action? Can you help me?

    Cannot install the software on my laptop. ******** tried to help me originally but apparently gave up and now I am stuck with a program that cannot be activated. Since this program is now useless "as is" and I cannot get any further help as I tried email and phone and noone answers, then I would like a refund. I am just wondering who owns this company but I feel that it is managed by just a couple of people and noone ever answers the phone as it goes to voice mail and messages left are never returrned. If you gogle this company it takes you to *******, ** and it has a real fishy phone number as they are trying to tell you that hey have a "deal" for you today so I just hung up as it does not even answer as "Helpful downloads"

    As with many reports, purchased Office365 for $39. Was sent a login and password that were useless. I have made several attempts by email and phone (always representatives currently busy) and left messages. Never a return acknowledgement or phone call. Why are these con artists allowed to continue operating?

    I purchased office 365 license from a website ****************************** I received a username/password that did not work or give access to a legitimate account.All attempts to contact are unanswered with no phone number given, only email.further research shows many complaints against this company. It appears to be direct fraud.

    I was charged $29.97 for a computer program that I did not buy. I did go on their website to read up on it.loading The name is: SP Helpful Downloads. I don't need help ******* a program.
