Hi I visited this Popeyes store number 2441 at 8:58pm tonight I spent $24.71 on chicken deal 10pc big family meal deal and I asked pearl who was the manager at that location for fresh chicken and she told the cook the chicken just came up and I know the chicken was not fresh because it was dark and dry ! So I waited 10 minutes for old chicken she told the cook to basically not cook anymore ! I would like to get compensated a free meal or a refund for my money that I spent I threw the chicken away this was so inconsiderate and rude of her ! If Im paying for my FOOD I WOULD LIKE IT THE WAY I WANT IT ! Not the way the workers want to cook it ! Im very dissastified and its a shame every time you come there pearl always have this nasty attitude and its quite frequent regarding the workers at that Popeyes location its embarrassingInitial Complaint

I had an issue for the second time with this location. The first issue was never resolved. I had spoke with someone through email was toldI would be refunded my money and also a $10 voucher would be added onto my account did not receive either one I will serve cold chicken, which possibly made me sick so I did not eat it And yesterday I went there to try a new Promotion and chicken wrap. They have not sure if this was purposely done because I complained previously, I given barely any chicken in there. It was burnt and dry to a crisp an edible cold everything in there was disgusting purposely done wrong formy previous experience. This restaurant is very unprofessional. They give people attitude. They speak in different language languages while working their horse playing throwing things out the drive-through window at people is very unprofessional very unsanitary. I think Osha needs to be called. About how they operate and that will be my next step.Initial Complaint

5/19/25 purchased 10Pc Classic Signature Chicken meal, 3 sauces and 1 large drink. These were three separate purchases on the same ******** was in the chicken box.I notified the store of the hair and requested refund for order. Management redirected responsibility via Popeyes app customer service since app was used to order. Regardless of order or payment method the store manager should have immediately refunded instead of refusing and redirecting responsibilities to an outside source as resolution. The app has a delayed response time which is a huge issue. Customers need immediate assistance resolving issues, especially when the store manager is avoiding responsibility and refusing to be helpful. It took several hours for the customer service representative on the app to respond. During the wait time the hotel refrigerator broke down and leaked water all over the my food. When I informed Popeyes of what happened, provided photos and Popeyes used my emergency issue to deny my rights as a consumer. The contract from merchant to consumer becomes void when the product purchased is contaminated with foreign objects such as HAIR!!! The store manager could have easily resolved the issue in a timely manner but instead they never wanted to be helpful and see the food. Popeyes management refused to become involved when they should have been because the issue was from their store location. 06/05/2025 Paid ***** total I bought a 3 piece meal with Cajun fries and added a cinnamon apple pie. I sat to the table to eat. I noticed my apple pie was missing. In checked my receipt to make sure I paid for it. I went back to the woman at the register to tell her my Apple pie was forgotten. She kept moving and never acknowledged me. I stood there for an additional 5 minutes after already receiving my initial order. I never received the apple pie.Initial Complaint

I just want to file a complaint towards the company. I love Popeyes but lately I never want to get it because any location I either go in person or order online messes up my orders. Im either missing drinks, sides and one time a location left out half my order. When you order online theres no way for it to be checked until you get it. Proper training needs to be done because I would rather eats food at another fast place if it means getting all of my food. I dont want a refund for my orders, I just want accurate food. One an item is left out and you use a third party you may not get your money back. Either its a team problem or a management problem.Initial Complaint

I ordered a 5Pc Signature Chicken 2 Can Dine Spicy with an apple pie on June 1, 2025. When I received my order I noticed I didnt have my apple pie. The chicken was old a burnt the biscuits was old an hard. I immediately contacted support about this issue. I was told by ****** J Popeyes Escalations Specialist that they would be giving me points and not my money back I told her this was the second I received chicken like that an I dont want anyt points I want my money back. I visited this Popeyes after placing a mobile order for pick up when I arrived in side to pick up my order I was informed by an employee that she didn't see my mobile order in the system I then showed her my receipt and my pickup number that shows that my mobile order was placed and the funds were taken out of my account. She then went to the back and returned with another woman who I'm assuming is the manager and she then try to tell me even though I had been charged and given a receipt for my purchase she couldn't do anything about it because the online system should have been shut off and I would need to try and cancel my order I told her I can't cancel my order in the app and she would need to cancel through her system she became agitated and began raising her voice at me. I repeated to her several times that I would not be able to cancel and that she would need to cancel the order or give me the items on my receipt and she then became disrespectful towards me yelling and slamming my cup for one of my items on the counter.Initial Complaint

Placed food order. Was told 25 minutes later it would be minimum 30 more minutes since customers were still ordering. Asked to cancel order and manger refused after 2.5 hours the order is still not ready. Mangers was fulfilling orders for those walking in but not those placed on line. I ordered 2 big boxes spicy. One with 2 wings. And the other one with 2 legs. They put leg and thigh for both when I specifically told the manager spicy and too legs and to wings there was 4 people handling my order and that's ridiculous this AI machine taking my order I cant choose the meat I want is ridiculous and stupid. And the staff is all ******** and vsnt get nothing right. It's to many people ******* 1 order yall need to fix. I want a refund
